All staff members were very kind and welcoming. The interior decoration and vibe is also very warm and cozy. I really love that... the seating area was fully decked out in Christmas decorations, that they played gentle holiday music in the background, andthat they had the cozy fireplace. There's lots of seating, there is wifi. Store was very clean as well. If I had to suggestareas for improvement, I would say, the lattes could be made less hot so the milk texture is more pleasant, and the baked goods(I ordered a scone) could've been a little more crumbly and ideally heated before serving. Good place to have a coffee, a pastry, or even a light lunch/snack. The staff is wonderful and the place is spacious and... cozy. This coffee shop is part of an initiative to give workforce training to people with intellectual disabilities, andhonestly it's an amazing initiative to support and come here for a coffee. I would definitely reccomend to try their Chai TeaLatté and their cherry loaf. They were both very good. Read more
Amazing, amazing, amazing. Stopped in today with my mum and got two lattes (delicious and made very hot), a muffin (fresh out of... the oven and exquisitely good), and a butter tart square (supreme indulgence)! The service was excellent and the prices wereextremely reasonable considering how fresh and homemade everything was - with tax, our order came out to $16. We went back inand left a generous tip because we were so impressed by it all. The setting is lovely and peaceful and there's just so much goodenergy around this enterprise.
