Came here as part of the CPL finals. The staff was rude towards having a bigger crowd (although it’s a bar.) It felt like we... weren’t worthy to be part of the atmosphere. If you are coming in to watch a game from out of town WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!. Read more
Went after the Redblacks game. I suspect they are still a little understaffed. That's the reason I think it took so long to... get our drink order. The order was also unfortunately incorrect, but they did end up eventually making it all good! The foodorder came without delay, though. My buddies had the Nashville chicken sandwiches. The fries were great, in flavourful andquantity, and not overly salty. Good atmosphere, lots of screens, friendly but overworked staff. 4 stars for service becauseof delays and order accuracy, but our second server was efficient and lovely! (ie 2 stars for the 1st girl and 5 stars foreveryone else!) Read more
We stopped in for a few drinks. Good service and plenty of TV screens with sports. We enjoyed our visit and will return.
We ordered the nachos with chicken. They charged $24 for maybe 2 oz of chopped up frozen, unseasoned chicken. There was no... flavour in any part of the meal. There was more cheese melted on the paper liner than on the bland, stale tortilla chips. Weshould have walked farther down Bank st. after the game. There are better choices around there. Good food, plenty of TV's, ok service. Tried the club sandwich. Good piece of chicken breast, and it includes cheese which many... restaurants don't include. The vinaigrette dressing for the side salad is too thick and it tasted just ok. Tried the Fish 'nchips and it was excellent. The haddock piece is very generous, and the sea salt vinegar chips in the batter is great. Thesweet coleslaw was ok. Service wasn't very good. Our server didn't know the drink/food menu very well, but she waspolite. Definitely try the fish n chips here. Read more
This place has a good atmosphere with high ceilings, bright light both arrival and natural. The servers are friendly and... attentive. Good is good and fresh and the beer selection is also decent. Read more
Great place to watch a game and chill out. The prices are very good. They have simple meals and the service is good too. It's... nice and clean. They also have games and a pool table as well for added entertainment. It's actually more than I expected. Theyhave additional parking in the back so that's a plus as well. Read more
Bartender was a crybaby. Immediately yelled at arriving fans who showed up after a game, that he didn't have the staff to handle... all of us after taking our business earlier pregame. Was annoyed that we came in happy. Service was lackluster pregame too withfood wait times being long and being ignored at the bar. It's OK though, We took our business to the Lieutenant Pump where theywere also not expecting us but the girls behind the bar did an amazing job with what they had available.
