I contacted SmoQue Shack to cater a party I was hosting for 25 people in my backyard and my guests we RAVING about the food. Tyler and his team were amazing to work with to cater our wedding. He was extremely quick to respond to emails and answered all... of my many questions. The tasting was incredible and so plentiful that we ended up having to leave with leftovers! Veryaccommodating and friendly staff! Our menu included pulled pork, smoked chicken, brisket, mac' n' cheese and seasonalvegetables. Portions are large but the food was so great that some guests went back for seconds. The food was a huge hit andguests are still talking about how amazing it was. I just picked up from the BTP location a few minutes ago and their Mac & Cheese with pulled pork was absolutely amazing!!! One... order for me is 2 servings for sure. I also ordered the Corn Bread - Heavenly!!! They have many outdoor picnic tables andtables (all ages side) with table-side service. I think I am going to organise a craft-in here with friends. Going to review both the brewery and food, so will double post to each. Went for a late lunch with my wife today and we both... thought it was great. I enjoyed the beer and we loved the food - an order of mac and cheese and the pork belly Rueben withfries. Watching other things go by we’ll definitely be back to try some of the other menu items; everything looked delicious.Special note on how friendly all the staff were, makes a difference when you feel welcomed and people seem to be enjoying theirwork. Was very good food. Portions way above expectation. I don't get the whole go to the bar to give your order but the tip... suggestion starts at 18%. I gonna tip myself the next time I'm at McDonald's and have to pour my own drink and clear my table.It's a nice spot, huge patio. Service was prompt. Read more

Tonight was our first time at the new location. We're always been a fan of the food. I'm happy to report the quality hasn't... changed. We had the ShaQue burger with fries, the Nashville Fried Chicken with fried pickles, mac & cheese, onion rings, andsweet potato fries. Everything was delicious, but the onion rings and fried pickles are the best I've ever had. The only thingI will say about the new location is it's very loud. We could barely have a conversation, so don't go for the ambiance. Also, wedecided to order from the QR code on the table. The downfall of this is you can't ask questions about the menu. I was going tohave wings but didn't feel confident choosing a sauce and didn't have anyone to ask. So next time we might order at the barinstead. If they continue with this type of ordering, I would recommend adding descriptions to the items to make it easier. Read more
The main comment we have been receiving about our wedding day is how good the food was. We had our first date at the Smoque... Shack almost four years ago so it was just fitting that they catered our wedding. When we went for our menu tasting Tyler wasamazing to work with and allowed us to try so many different menu items and provided his professional opinion on certain itemswhich we greatly appreciated. They were able to accommodate a variety of different allergies and restrictions. Our dinner wasserved “family style” which everyone loved because they did not have to leave their seats and they were able to try a littlebit of everything instead of being limited to one menu option.
