Used to be great but the service has been less than stellar the last couple of times. We ordered take out and were told 30... minutes. It ended being over an hour. Both times, people entered the restaurant, ate and paid before we got our food. The firsttime we got a coupon for a free tower of rings. This time, we got nothing aside from a "sorry". My girlfriend and I ate here recently for a dinner. Ordered just food, no drinks, and it took well over an hour for us to... receive our food IN AN EMPTY RESTAURANT. Not a single person in there until about 45 minutes had passed since ordering. Andfinally, when we got our food, the food was very lacklustre. To add, the server could see our frustration and didn?t update uson our food or anything. unless you have all day and don?t mind ignorant servers serving you, I WOULD NOT recommend eating atthis location. Thanks. Update: I see the restaurant only wants to give feedback to those leaving good reviews, rather thanhonest ones. The food was amazing and was only trumped by the most excellent service!!!
So this place has been on the decline since the pandemic but I think the food we just got today has finally turned us off coming... back here. Everything was overcooked from the fries to the burgers and nothing was kept under a heat lamp (we picked it up 5 minafter our pickup time) so everything was cold or lukewarm. My burger had dry overdone chicken, a single piece of lettuce and nosauce. My partner had a dry stuffed burger that wasnt stuffed. Considering how expensive it is for this mediocre foos (theyadded in a tip that you cant remove when you order from their website) you'd be better off ordering from actual fast food causethe quality is the same and it would at least be warm. Good and service were great. The chicken sandwich was amazing but the chicken is huge!
I have been coming to this location since it opened. Unfortunately the last few times I have been here the food has gone... downhill. I got my burger 20 minutes ago and the bacon on it is burnt and black and the fries aren?t even fully cooked. Read more
We had a fabulous waitress but the burger was way overcooked and completely dry. The sides were great so they somewhat redeemed... the meal. Burger quality was certainly not how I remember it from this establishment from when they first opened. Read more
