Worst place ever! Never fill up your coffee properly. Don?t answer phones, don?t read Uber ap orders. Always missing items or... wrong items. This place is a mess and needs a new owner or hire staff that will stay and work. Read more

I don't love giving bad reviews but when this place is constantly understaffed and it's not their fault I get that but like it's... the morning and you have three people working who are kids is unacceptable. Like the amount of times that I've ordered aheadbecause I also work in the mall and I'm still almost late even though I ordered 30 minutes before on the mobile app is a littleridiculous. They should have better management there it's clearly not the staff there's fault but they should be trained betterto deal with large lines. Read more

The worste service in the world, Subway near my house had two employees making sandwitches very quick for 8 or 9 construction... workers. While Tims at this mall had 9 employees, some of them ignore customers right after they've just served one. Worste andmost disgusting thing I've ever seen. Read more

I?m a regular customer at this tim. before two months ago the coffee was soo good great customer service but unfortunately the... new employees are very rude specially a girl I don?t know she is from India or Pakistan but she is very rude bad service badcoffee. It looks like they don?t care about the customer any more they sell expired coffee. Very disappointed ?? west of money????. The coffee taste disgusting ???? hope the owner do something If no they lose their customers soon I wish I can give 0 star Read more

Having worked in the mall for several years and visiting this location more than any other in the city, it's upsetting to see... the state of affairs this Tim Hortons is now in. Often understaffed with employees unfamiliar with nearly everything, unfriendlyand uninterested. Items are often unavailable for no apparent reason (something that was never a problem until the last fewmonths with the new staff and management) and it's asinine how it's handled now. I would always make a stop here when at themall prior to now because of how great it was, but now I think twice if it's worth stopping by or simply going to anotherlocation that will serve me better. I have worked at Carlingwood for several years, and visited this Timmy's almost everyday. This mall is where the elderly, and... specially challenged come to shop. At this location it is the customers that cause a line up. The staff are always on the goand working hard at their job. Due to the line, I usually use the App. Almost always my coffee is ready for me when I getthere. An annoying thing about the app, if you enter in the ingredients (sugar, cream, etc.) then change your size, it resetsthe ingredients. I did this a few times, but the ladies knowing my usual order, would have it correct when I would pick it up,even though I screwed it up when ordering. Easily my favorite Tim Horton's location, and it's purely because of the great,friendly staff & service. Read more

There is always a huge line in peek so it's to be expected. The staff are friendly and nice. -2 stars because they are out of... soup and sandwiches fast. The owner should get more supplies he would earn more money. Read more
