The Tim hortens self serve is pretty good. If other students could make there drinks faster that would lovely. But the staff is... alway communicating. And i am still amazed how many times they have to say "excuse me" because us students dont move out of theway so they can give us more coffee. Its always clean. Read more

For what it provides, very good. Can get a bit busy but no more than 5 mins. Self-serve is the most effective satisfaction... strategy. Love it! Also, before you review. This is the Tims IN the UCU not the one in CRX. So some of you might want to changeyour review lol Read more

One of the slowest locations in Ottawa. Consistently gets my order wrong (BLT on everything; I've gotten the wrong bagel, BELTs,... etc.; coffee or tea with no sugar when sugar was ordered, the wrong baked good, etc.), and staff have been known to befrustrated. Sure it's not them, it's the tech and the circumstances they have. Really hope corporate does something about this. Read more

The food here is typical Timmie's food, but it is sooooo slow! I have never seen any fast food joint prepare food this slowly.... It really shouldn't be called fast food. I order a BLT regularly and It typically takes 20 minutes, which would be expected if Iwas getting a full meal from a diner. The biggest problem is that there doesn't seem to be a floor manager or any floororganization. There are often staff standing around. The staff who make the sandwiches are sometimes handing out thosesandwiches. This is incredibly inefficient and not how fast food is run. Tim Hortons corporate needs to come and train somemanagement staff here. Read more

Usually not the worst. Tends to be slow but the food is generally good. However today I ordered a large Ice Capp with chocolate... milk instead of cream, they filled it halfway with chocolate milk and I think the ice machine was broken because there was noice, just capp. I paid $4 for what was basically a chocolate milk Read more

If this is for the new Tim Hortons on uOttawa campus it is by far one of the slowest locations around. No joke it can take 10... minutes to get a coffee from the Express Drinks only line. Read more
