Have been going here multiple times per day for at least 10 years. Recently service slow, constantly out of products. Others... locations better stocked and faster service. Servers do their best. Read more

I have been coming to this Timmies for almost 18 years now, and I'm not sure what has happened to it lately. Both breakfast and... lunch sandwiches seem hastily prepared, with the contents not distrubuted evenly at all. I order a black coffee, lately ittastes almost burnt, which was definitely not a problem I had in the past. Not sure what the overall issue is, but hopefullythings get back on track, as this is an extremely convenient location. Read more

Stopped in around 4 p.m. today and was greeted by a very friendly cashier who entered my order into the system. I wandered over... to the pick-up area where the three employees were too busy chatting to look at the computer screen where orders were displayed.I guess an expectant looking customer standing in front of them was a bit too subtle.... After a couple of minutes I approachedthe friendly and helpful cashier and asked him if my order was in the system. He went over and pointed out my order on thescreen to the "supervisor" working in the food prep area. Without a word she made my bagel and almost threw it at me once it wasdone. Oh -- she got my order wrong but I was running late and ate the thing anyway. Tim's are a dime a dozen in this town andthere's no need to support such an unmotivated and uncaring (except for the cashier) establishment. I'll won't be back. Thereare plenty of alternatives nearby. Read more

The first time I came to this Timmy's was back in August of 2008 when I was a student at Algonquin College. It has been a place... I grew to love because I wrote many stories and emails here. The staff are kind and professional and the food well to me as topnotch and the regular patrons are from all over the world and have inspired some of my more notable stories. Totally worth thetrek and the coffee and muffin heh. Read more

Worst experience yet. Ordered coffee thru the drive thru.i got a cup of syrup instead of 2 milk and 1 sweetener. My chicken... bacon wrap was like rubber, I could have broken my tooth on the crispy crust it was so hard. . When I went into the restaurantto have my stuff fixed it was a good few minutes before anyone bothered to help me ..and the place was empty. Read more

I came to this Tim Hortons today and I ordered a sausage grilled wrap and a farmers wrap and while the lady was making my wraps... in the sandwich area I asked her if she could make one of the wraps on a bun instead. As I would have paid the extra charge ifneeded be. The lady had told me that she had already made the wrap and unfortunately she could not re-make it. She was verydisrespectful because she did not re-consider that she still could have re-make it as the customers come first. She than wasgiving attitude while being super dismissive to me and placed the finished wraps onto the table. Out of respect I decided tojust take the wraps and leave as she appeared to be busy in the drive though. I than arrived home to eat and the sausage wrapbarely had anything inside there. In the farmers sausage wrap there was no sauce, the hash brown tasted stale, and the wrap wasextreamly burned. I went back to the store as I was not going to eat the food because I lost my appetite. I returned the wrapsand the same lady that made them had asked me " did you order a BLT" I had told her "no, I was just here and you made my twowraps incorrectly" I than told her I would like to speak with her manager and she flagged him over to the sandwich area. He cameover and asked what the issue was and I had explained to him that the lady at the sandwhich bar made my meal wrong and openedboth of the wraps to show him and asked if this is how it is suppose to be made? I had also stated that the lady was verydisrespectful as she left her customer service at home and refused to change my bun when I asked. He told me that he talked toher about that already and he will make my order again. That is a lie. He did not speak with her and he should have addressedher again as she was still giving attitude when I had approached her again. I asked for a reimbursement and I will not be goingto this Tim Hortons again. the lines were very long in the store and in drive thru, the staff does not list Read more
