A small, cosy Tim Hortons in a parking lot next to a small strip mall. I liked the Christmas decorations, while my egg English... muffin and hash browns were good. The one near Prince of Whales near Dynes is completely filthy .would rather drive 10 extra miles ..tables and floors look the... same DIRT!!!! They should be ashamed to run a place like this last time!!! Read more
The services was slow to start & the manager didn't grab change for the cash register before she people started to show up &... before she open for the day because they just open their doors for the day & the Manager was walking around slow but she has adisability due to her leg so it makes it more difficult for her but. The staff are fairly friendly but the management is seriously lacking. I?ve been there tons of times at lunch hours and I?ve... never once seen any sort of manager. As a result the staff are always in a frenzy with orders which quickly turns into a messwith no one directing it. This usually always ends up with a huge line. Read more
I never write reviews but this Tim Hortons experience was very interesting to say the least. Understaffed, which obviously isn?t... anyones fault but these three young employees were drowning. There were bugs in the glass doughnut casing, some of the bugs werecrawling on the food. One of the clearly overworked employees had to raise his voice in order to get his point across tocustomers. The cherry on top was the watery ice coffee, soggy wedges, and mayo drenched sandwich. Not enough people to properlyand cleanly operate this tim hortons. Lastly, this location seems to attract an interesting crowd of people who make theemployees jobs even more difficult. Overall, would not return. Read more
The staff are kind but the management must change urgently. This is the only Tim Hourtons in Ottawa that everytime when I go... there they have no ice tea Quencher, passionfruit tea lemonade, and the peach Quencher. Donuts after 4pm? Forget, they won'thave any, but just leftovers. Read more
Customer service of the lady manager was bad. It was my first time at the Tim Hortons branch on prince Charles street, Ottawa, I... requested for a small cup of hot chocolate drink and this elderly big lady was totally rude to me, told me she doesn't sell whatI ordered for, -despite seeing her sell to the person before me and also seeing it on the menu slide. I mentioned this twoinstances to her, she said they were out of it and because I insisted that it was in the menu, she became rude and asked hercolleague, a young Asian lady, to attend to me and left attending to some other client. I was shocked at her rudeness and onlystayed to but my order because the young lady she assigned was a tenderhearted one. The elderly lady, who also is a managerthere comes across as a racist and need to either be trained on customer service ethics or leave the place because she couldspoil the image of Tim Hortons. I for one won't patronize Tim Hortons again . Never liked my first experience there. Read more
