Asked for a fruit explosion muffin heated up the guy straight up refused. I dont know whats the issue with that guy. Couldnt get... his name. And when my friend asked about the muffin he straight up gave hand signs like move out of the way. A great kind ofracist experience first time visiting the store. Read more
Ordered bagel belt meal. Paid for said bagel belt meal. Recieved only the sandwich and coffee. Asked woman making sandwiches for... my hash brown. Was told I wasn't getting one. Told woman I paid for one. She flatly replied "no you didn't." I didn't have areceipt to prove it and the $1 wasn't worth arguing over. Woman I delt with spoke heavily accented (through a facemask)English, and had visibly poor physical hygiene. Food I did receive was made quickly and my coffee was hot. You'd likely bebetter served just waking up 10 minutes early to throw together a sandwich and a coffee. Read more
Quiet, clean, reasonable service given it was lunch time. Typical of Tim's, 8 of 11 staff counted, servicing drive through while... foot traffic lined up out the door with only one cash open. Read more

My partner just went in store to order Aug 17 in the afternoon and the employees on that shift were very rude, they made him... wait an hour because they messed up his order/ were taking their sweet time. They were also bad mouthing him in their language,not realizing that he could understand what they were saying. We've been there other times when there were different staff whowere more polite but todays staff needs a re-evaluation and more training. Watch out when you come here, you either get okayservice or terrible service. Read more
I come here regularly for my coffee and occasionally for breakfast/lunch. The service here is always quick and almost always... consistent. I'm especially amazed at the speed of their drive thru. Major props to all staff and management working here. I dohave one little tiny problem. Lately there's been some body odors coming from the drive thru window. I don't want to judgeanyone or get anyone in trouble but its not pleasant for customers to endure bad body odors while paying and picking up ourorders. Read more
