I literally got the least and smallest amount of particules of cream cheese measurable on my bagel when I ordered it. Very... disapointing. The 2 stars is me giving them the benifit of the doubt that they got potential. Read more
I really don't like this location, the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is due to the food and one of the managers who's... actually extremely good at her job. The reason I don't like this location is the staff and their incompetence. Not to mentionthat everytime I go they seem to be out of most bottled drinks. i understand wanting to talk with friends. But in the middle ofa rush where I'm waiting for 10minutes for a Tim Club is not the time. They literally just talk between co workers and to othercustomers which makes them extremely slow at times. Meh. Mediocre Tim?s. I?m a student at this college so I frequent it a lot. They don?t speak English which is a huge issue for... outsiders, and they mess up a lot of the orders. Service is usually slow, but all of the above complaint only happen every oncein a while (except for the French-only part. But it?s a French college, what do you expect?) Read more
This is the worst Tim Hortons. The staff are unqualified, and most aren't bilingual who can't even understand some of the most... common English words. I once asked for a sprinkle donut, and the staff didn't understand what I said, and instead of asking mefor clarifications about my order, they gave me a honey glassed donut instead. Not only that, the donuts are practically neverfresh here. Also, this is the only Tim Hortons I know of that doesn't offer lattes. Orders takes forever for them to finish, andthe orders are often incorrect. Until they fix all these problems, and hire more qualified and bilingual staff, avoid this TimHortons at all cost. Worst tim hortons ever! I asked for a crispy chicken without tomatoes, the cashier asked the lady if there's some chicken ready... she says yes! So first the lady put tomatoes and then there's no chicken ready! I asked if I could have another sandwich bc i'mon my break so you know. So I asked a BLT NO TOMATOES! she put tomatoes in it again!!! The guy before me was waiting for like 10mins and asked for a BLT also so I gave it to him and left! The staff is rude and non-competent! Read more
These guys definitely need new staff. Ordered an everything bagel and instead got the stalest 12 grain bagel with the least... amount of cream cheese ever. Other times they get coffee orders wrong. It sucks because its the only Tim's close by but thequality of service is not up to par by any means. Not impressed. Read more
