i've only been here 2 times and both times the staff were rude. the first time was a brown women who was acting like she's... impatient and was showing attitude. i don't remember much from the first experience. so i went the second time and this time itwas a white lady who i said i wanted to redeem some points. she goes "ok then do it what's that got to do with me?" i wasbaffled. i was very nice and friendly and all i said was that i wanted to redeem points. so i do as she says i put my code underthe scanner and then she yells at me and says "what are you doing?!" like did you not just tell me to scan it? she goes on andon about how i messed it up and whatnot i even apologized and she wouldn't stop. i don't remember her name, but i went therearound 11 AM on friday sept 30th. i can confidently say i will not be going back there and i hope that tim's management teamwill do a better job at choosing who they hire. thanks, you're only going to keep losing customers. i walked out of there cryingbecause of how humiliated i felt. Very bad, the worst coffee place in Ottawa, the store is not clean, they so rude. I don?t recommend it.
Came in this morning while waiting for Costco to open. Cashier who served me, name tag « Karen » was not very welcoming.... Very abrupt in her responses throughout the interaction. As I sat to enjoy my coffee, I could still hear her serve morecustomers, with the same impatient approach. I usually always rate Tim?s 5 stars as it?s hard not to be happy while enjoying acoffee. Having said that, I left the restaurant disappointed and with a headache from having to listening to this particularemployee. Hopefully we just caught her on a bad day and nothing more. I asked for less cream on my iced coffee and I got what looked like extra cream in my iced coffee. The iced coffee was so white... it literally looked like cold milk. Read more
I have 2 Tim Hortons close to me and I like going to this one more even it's slightly further away. Staff are very nice and the... restaurant is clean. Service is great. Read more
Friendly, however I could not get what I asked. Returned the breakfast sandwich twice due to inaccuracy (Wrong bread type, then... wrong meat type). After that was corrected it wasn't double toasted as requested, but there was no sauce that comes with it. Butthere was no attitude when returning it and requesting it to be corrected. I've only been to this location once, and found the service friendly (walk in). I got the apple pie donut, which was one of... their specialty donuts and it was fresh and amazing. The store was clean and they had a good selection of donuts and treats.They also make sandwiches/bagels/breakfast on site. It is a smaller location, and I do think a lot of people go to this locationfor the drive thru. There is a handful of seating inside. Edit: just tried their caprese sandwich. SO GOOD! Def recommendordering two as they are pretty small but pack a small punch. The bread is also SO soft, and the pesto sauce is awesome! Read more
