Garbage location. Food is always old and stale. Half the time they don't have what you want, like cheese for a burger, or cheese... sauce for cheese fries. The manager couldn't care less and offer 0 customer service. It sucks this is the only Wendy's nearby,but I would rather drive an extra 10mins to actually enjoy my meal. Very busy, not handicapped friendly. No automatic doors on street side, or the bathroom. Great food, very good wait staff.
So slow! Often get orders wrong and stuff missing. Listen to your customers orders! When we order a Coke? we don?t want a Diet... Coke! Salads should have appropriate dressing (Apple Pecan Salad has pomegranate dressing as it indicates on the menu NOTSouthwest). Cutlery would also be nice! I ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives? no sour cream to be found! Thatmakes for a pretty darn dry potato and hard to eat without a darn fork wouldn?t you agree??? This is not the first time and Iusually don?t write reviews, but this is so unacceptable. People go to a drive through because they haven?t had the time to makeone to bring to work. They can?t spend their entire lunch in line to finally get out with just a few minutes to spare only todiscover the lunch they?ve paid for is wrong or missing stuff (everything is so expensive now, and our time is valuabletoo). Chicken nuggets with the wrong sauce or no sauce? this mistake can ruin a child?s meal because we all know how picky someare. Plus, we want what we ordered, not what you think is a suitable substitute! I hope the owner or manager reads this. Takecare or your business or you?ll loose clients. TERRIBLE. AVOID. Came at 10:23 seven minutes before lunch menu starts not knowing. Asked for a lunch menu item, staff said it's... breakfast menu items only! I said no problem, what can i have that doesn't have eggs, she said actually one second let me ask mymanager, comes back and said no problem we can make the lunch menu item early for you. I was impressed with the service. I paidand while waiting in my car, manager comes out to yell at me saying i gave his employee a hard time! I politely asked him ifhe's just here to yell at me for something I didn't do and he replied "NO I AM NOT YELLING AT YOU". lol i asked for a refund,they said they can't do card refunds. first of all they wouldn't let me use a gift card for Wendys, saying "they don't take gift cards at this store"?? Then my... poutine was literally cold and my boyfriend's soft serve was liquid when given to him. The customer service was also veryunpleasant at the window. I'm not one to leave reviews as I've worked in jobs like this before, however, this experience washorrible. Even a smile would have made it better. Read more
I carefully ordered a Dave's double with cheese combo, and asked to have mayo, cheese, tomato, and onion removed, and mustard to... be added. The cheese was not removed, the lettuce was removed. The cash register did show my order correctly, so this was aproblem with the cooks/whoever was filling the order. Read more
