I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but what I got was in no way spicy. It tasted like BBQ chips with some type of light yellow... sauce. The receipt said spicy tho. The fries were OK and the drink was ok but the sandwich, although delicious, wasn't spicy atall. 2ND VISIT This time I dined in. It was beautiful and clean with lots of different seating options. The service was greatand quick. Same issue as 4months ago. The spicy chicken was sweet and not spicy at all. Not sure if Burger King knows what spicyis when it comes to chicken. Of all the eat out places in town Burger King rates higher on order accuracy. Consistent deals in the mobile app. I do... understand the two drive thru windows. But get very nervous someone is going to hit the back of my truck as it stick out closerto the first drink window. Not much of a change they can make there. Mostly choose to go inside to avoid that situation. Read more
They have good management and most of the staff have been there a long time. All fast food places mess up orders here and there.... It happens get over it. How they resolve the issue is what matters. This is the best Burger King I?ve ever been to. They put intheir time and effort to present a wonderful, clean, professional place to eat and a good place to work. They do fast food rightand you gotta give them credit where credits is due. Read more
