I absolutely love Jimmy Johns!! It's become my new favorite food addiction. They have great service and are quick and the bread... is amazing!! I have to get two sandwiches every time I go because I know I'll want the other one later. I've gotten my boyfriendon this kick as well, so that's four sandwiches every time, $35 well spent.. And idk who was making sandwiches today, but theydid a superb job!! Probably the best sandwiches I've ever gotten, and I'm already hooked, but the quality of my sandwiches todayis the only reason I got on to leave this review.. great job whoever you are!! The food here is really good and the bread is better than Subways! However, I still think it's weird they don't have ranch, so I... have to use mayo instead on the sandwiches I eat here. Not the worst thing in the world, but I really did wish they would haveranch. Read more
Extremely impressed by the service! I always order online with no issues, but today somehow the customizations for my sandwich... didn't save. I called and not only did they remake my sandwich, but they got it to me while I was still on my lunch break. Theydefinitely didn't have to fix the issue and replace the sandwich, but they happily did it. Thank you!! Read more
I was the first car in line and they forgot to make my sandwich. They tried to give me someone else's order that was behind me.... So I had to wait even longer for my food. There were 4 people working so it was a little frustrating that they messed up thatbad. The food is good though. But a little expensive. Read more
DO NOT go there wearing a shirt with a USA flag especially if you have a blue stripe on it. They acted cheerful when I first got... there but then all of a sudden would not talk to me at all except to take my order. I was trying to make cheerful conversationwith them and ask them how they're doing and how's business and they would not even look or talk to me. Not one other customerin the place I did not realize what was going on until after I'd gone back to my car. I did not eat the sandwich. I'm notsaying but they did anything to my food, but wow, they must be brain washed by the media to believe that all cops bad.Completely ignored me other than to take the order. I actually thought that they were deaf ( really ) when I first went in andthought I might have to use sign language or point at the menu. I love Jimmy John's, but this experience was pitiful. They are not very "freaky fast", but every time I go in or use the drive thru, the staff is friendly and polite. Of course the... food is great, too. Very fresh. Read more
