i hate to be the person who writes a poor review on an employee, but it?s not the first time something like this has happened.... me and some friends came in to get food, and they forgot to put some of our fries and cookies in the bag. no big deal. i ask anemployee to get them for me, and she rolls her eyes and ignores me. she also messed up another lady?s order and was snappy withher to say the least. almost every time I?ve come here I?ve been met with wrong orders and bad attitudes. ??????? I?m so disappointed?.I?ve been to this location many times. It was always wildly reviewed as the best Mac Donald?s in Ottumwa.... However, the past couple times I?ve gone they have messed up my order that required me to go inside not once but at least 2times for them to make it right. They are quite slow for a "fast food" restaurant. They have also messed up my family's order nearly every time we go. The lunch... crew is slightly better than the dinner crew, but they won't allow a 39 cent adjustment to a sandwich, which baffles me, but Idigress. Read more
Southside McDonald's is the worst place i have ever been! They got the order wrong and refused to give me my order. It took them... 15 minutes to get a two cheese burger meal with no one in line.
