I called in a to go order, arrived when I was told to, then was told it would be 3-5 minutes for the Mac & Cheese bc it "needed... temped" Really?!?! After another 5 minutes, was told they were still working on the Mac & Cheese...at this point we were alreadyannoyed and then it took another 10 minutes...we were handed a "10% off coupon for our next visit" only to get home and wedidn't even have a complete container of "Mac & Cheese" that cost $12.99, we will not be needing that 10% off coupon as we willnever be back! The service was good. The pizza and chicken were especially delicious. The veggies were a little bland, however I might have... missed some avail seasonings. The biscuits were hard . The deserts were excellent. And the foundation area had many goodchoices. Read more

Was there at 7:15 on Friday and was told that what was on the buffet was it. There wouldn't be putting out any more food.... Checked it out and there was maybe 6 pieces of chicken, 3 small pizzas that was dried out, salad bar was empty. Very rude girlat the register. Your hours do state you are open until 8. Do your self a favor call dominos. Worst experience in ottumwa iowa. Complete and utter rip off. NO FLAVOR. No better then... microwave pizza. Smallest buffet I?ve ever been to. They let you create your own pizza but it all lacks flavor, texture,quality. To top it off everything else in the restaurant is either two salty or from a can. The salad bar is LOW QUALITY! Oldeggs (see picture below)????. Salad dressing is ????. Desert section is embarrassing. The fact that every person has to pay $16each. Definitely not going to go back to this location. My mom went in back in January and got some awful service, reached out on fb... and got no response. She ordered a pizza while her friends got the buffet, they put her pizza in the takeout area instead ofbringing it to her. After 30 minutes she went to ask about it. By then it was cold and she asked if they could remake it.Instead the MANAGER came out and threw the cold pizza on the table and said he wouldn't remake it. Cool dude, really nice ofyou. Read more
Disappointed, again! We keep hoping things have improved, but sadly, they haven't. Very little food on the buffet. 3... pieces of chicken is no selection plus it was really tough! Normally at least it tastes good. Not today. Mashed potatoes andgravy were flavorless! The pizza was soggy. The floor was slick especially around the chicken buffet area. That needs attendedto!
