We went for a musical show which was a great addition to the ambience. The food was good but a bit expensive for the portions... and quality. We paid over a 100$ for 2 including tax, tip and spectacle fee (8$/person), and we only had a soup each, a juiceand shared a main meal. Service was a bit long too. Read more

Food was amazing, the taste and the design both were great, the rest needs great improvement. 1- I had a reservation for 5... people, they gave us a table for 4. (the waiter was not the politest), he told us the restaurant was going to be packed, whilehalf of the place remained empty till the end. 2- the quality of sound system was very poor, at some point the volume was sohigh that everyone got quiet and shocked. 3- the bill shows no details or breakdown of the order, they added the tip and gave usonly the final price. Food was okay on the expensive side. Service wasn't great and the waiter didn't know their menu very well as they couldn't... answer simple questions. Read more

Today, my friend (one of the best reviewers) and I went to Rumi for lunch. We tried some appetizers. The presentation and the... taste of the appetizers were great. I did not expect to see one ball only of “Kuftah” as we always have 3-5 sticks (the waywe know it in our cuisine). The price of this appetizer is a bit high for one ball of Kuftah (13.5 $). The beef tastes great andfresh with some pistachios and pomegranate molasses around. I ordered saffron rice but I got basmati rice. The bowl is so smallfor 5$. The ice cream was a game changer. It is so delicious and has many tastes in it. It is worthy. The waitress we had wasnew so she was so anxious and stressed. We asked her to get us some water 2 times. I ordered my drink with no ice and shebrought it with ice. She dropped the utensils while taking the plates. I ordered soft dark chocolate ice cream but then I askedto change it to the other ice cream as the description of the first one was different from what I saw. It took them 15 minutesto get my ice cream after asking one of the waitresses to check what happened. All in all the restaurant is nice and cozy andthe food we got was delicious but the service was not up to standard. Read more

Delicious Mediterranean dishes with a very cosy atmosphere, right between the Plateau and the Mile End. Their cuisine is a... fusion of Turkish, Iranian and Indian, making for interesting and complex recipes. I’ll definitely be going back to try theirdesserts! Read more
