Worst service I've ever seen at a Burger King! the whole place is dirty, the floor is honeyed, walls dirty! dirty chairs! ... Worst of all was the cashier who didn't wear a uniform and had long, bulging and loose hair, he didn't say hello, he didn'tspeak, he took the crusts out of his eyes and then went to fry the potatoes! I ordered a Whopper meal in the drive-through with a large fry and large drink. I tried to tell them with cheese, but they... ignored me and told me to drive up. I thought I can deal with no cheese. Then I pay and they hand me the bag with my food andclose the window. I wait for my drink. They open the window and ask rudely what I need. I tell them I am waiting on my drink.They inform me they are out of drinks. They offer me a water. No offer for a refund of part of my money. When I tell them Iwon't return, They ask what the problem is. I didn't want to hold up the line of cars behind me waiting for their drinks so Idrove off. Also, no receipt was given or offered. Worst Burger King I have ever been to, and I've been to many in my life. I recently had one of their new crispy chi'king... sandwhiches and wanted to have another one on my lunch break. My order took over 30 minutes to get my food. I understand beinga little busy but I was the third car in line. After 25 minutes of waiting, I got to the window and waited almost 10 minutesafter paying to get my food. The fries were soggy and cold. The sandwich was disgusting, the tomato was smashed into a soggypaste, the chicken was soaked and not in a good way. They gave me no napkins. After my third bite I got a fishy taste and threwit all away. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING. I wouldn't have cared about the wait if the food wasgood. Worst customer service ever at a Burger King. All the kids playing on their phones, instead of taking care of the customer. Kid... handing me my food ask why mad. Over 30 minutes in drive through. Only 1 car ahead of me. 5 minutes to place order 25 minuteswaiting. Girl took my order handed me drinks out the window never looked at me too busy talking about how she couldn't get hercash app on her phone working.(that is why it took 5 minutes to take my order). Then watching 2 other employees playing ontheir phones. No reason to get upset.right! If they negative stars I would give. Read more

I?m currently a business owner in the area and every time I stop by your Burger King location has the worst customer service... ever possibly known to humankind. I understand we?re in a urban area but professionalism great Customer Service neatness the waypeople speak communicate needs to be better. It needs to be seriously address. Never seen a burger king with no customers. They used to always be very busy. This visit, like many restraints they are sold out... of their promotional flagship product, the ch'king chicken sandwich, both spicy and regular. Still doesn't explain why thislocation is so quiet. Has the USA really rebelled against burgers? The I'm a fan of the impossible whopper, and the classicchicken sandwich, regular and spicy. 10-15min wait with no one ahead of us. Maybe they were cleaning the grill? Fries, warm.Chicken sandwich, hot. Guess stuff sat a moment before they carried it out, since they parked us. Don't love the long wait orthe cold fries. The lady that was managing today 8/3 was incompetent. She had enough staff to help her run it but she was running it like she... was the only one working. She shut down drive through as myself and 4 others sat there. Everyone pull off and left so I drovearound to the window where she made me sit 20 minutes then open the window took my order and told me to pull around where shemade me sit another 10min I then went in. There we?re 3 customers and one leaving. The young guy at the counter was trying tohelp and she just ignored him. She was trying to do it all her self with a attitude. The two young guys were just standingthere. She literally did not want there help. Everyone is not Managment material. She definitely needs more training. She madethe lunch rush a nightmare for herself because she had the staff and help. But was mean and rude to them. This Burger King is convenient to my home. Yesterday, it took a while to get my order. I ordered the large meal, the Whopper was... good, I asked for cheese since it wasn't on the coupon and they charged me extra, but it was worth it. However the fries werenot warm and it looked as if I got the crumbs that should have been thrown away. Little burnt and crisp ends, there was maybeonly a few, okay three large whole french fries.
