IF they have the food you ordered it MIGHT be hot. The ONLY THING that you can be sure of at this McDonald's is that you will... get an attitude from whichever employee is working the drive thru. ALL of them are extremely RUDE, act as though you owe themsomething because how dare you bother them with an order ( no matter how simple) if you have a question about something forgetabout it. This location has significantly gone down hill over the last two months, assuming because of new management and employees. ... Long lines that move too slow, ordering screens not working half of the time, luke warm food, trash in the parking lot. Thismorning I stopped just to get a coffee. Only one ordering screen was working again. After waiting for 2-3min at the orderingscreen I was finally told to pull around to the second window to place my order. The WORST service. There was no repeat back on the order so 1 thing that I ordered wasn't accounted for at all. I understood... once I paid and had the receipt that didn't have 1 thing that I'd ordered. So upon getting my partial order...I guess that ALLwasn't heard. We went in the AM to get quick breakfast. We ordered, paid and they asked us to pull forward after receiving our drinks. We... waited for them to bring us our food. Which they did, and we noticed we were missing an item to an order so we waited. A younglady came and handed us a receipt and change and we were confused. We looked at the receipt and it was a receipt for chocolatemilk. We never ordered chocolate milk. She was giving us change that belonged to the people behind us. Then we told her aboutthe missing hot cakes. They were brought out and we pulled in to eat. Something was off. It didn't taste good at all. Check your bag before you leave. They didn't put the sides in the kids meals and barely gave fries for the adult meals. Called... the store when I got home and the female manager said there was nothing she could do unless we bring the food back that day. Which we didn't have time to do considering it was there mistake. So they pretty much ripped me off. Read more
I haven't eaten a McDonald's Burger in over 30 years but I do eat the fish you guys do have great French fries always have.
