The food was fine. My issue is the service. I ordered online and it said 25-30 minutes when it would be ready. I get there and... it's not. I ended up waiting almost an hour there to get my order. This location apparently prioritizes door dash and walk inorders. There were folks who walked in and order and got their food. This place was backed up on door dash orders...that weren'tbeing picked. The lady at the front desk even laughed as every one kept getting their orders but me. Please avoid if poosible. Read more
First time coming to Wingstop ever. Was delicious! I ordered 8 original and 2 lemon pepper wing Combo meal. Wings were perfectly... cooked and separated by flavors. I think I enjoyed the lemon pepper the most! Read more
Hate coming to this location and will not be back. Phone lines never work and take forever to make food. Ordered online today... and got a 10 piece combo. Picked up my order and once I got in my car realized that the bag had a huge hole in in b/c the lidon the ranch was not all the way on and it leaked through the bad spilling ranch all on my clothes and all in my car. Went backinside and asked if they could re bag my order and give me another ranch and got home to realize they didn?t put my fries in thebag just the chicken. So I pretty much got ripped off a almost 20$ meal. Never again. Read more
Ordered the 40 PC for my family, online with special instructions. Everything was ready when I arrived. The gentleman who... greeted me was polite and courteous. Fries were not well done but still tasty. Overall good experience and quick service. Read more
I ordered online delivery. No one showed up and the link sent to my phone didn?t work. Called Wingstop several times and no one... ever answered. Probably won?t get my money back because of their horrible customer service and communication skills. Read more
Lady taking the order at the counter had an attitude of she was not happy at all to have a customer in front of her. Even gave... me grief because I chose not to have the fries with the meal. Soda machine was out of 65% of there choices, hope you like Coke. Read more
Update: 5/13/22 the wings are small and cooked so hard you can't eat them, the fries are also over cooked, seems like this is... happening at many locations, they will not get business from me at any location at this point this is happening to often sincemy last review below. The food I good but I may come eat here once or twice per year, an 8 piece meal with two added rolls is a$17$ meal for one person, way to expensive, so I don't give them my business like before, a 10 piece used to be $12 bucks aftertax this is ridiculous. Back of store absolutely filthy. Employees never break down boxes, chicken guts and smells galore. Walk around back and see... overflowing grease trap outside and rats run away up under the metal cover of the adjoining building. This place should becondemned. Read more
