Major attitude problems. Older lady was super rude after we said we didn?t order two ice creams, insisted we did and still tried... to make us pay. Shorted us on ice cream, scoops were way small compared to the price. Don?t recommend. Read more

2 super small scoops of ice cream in a cup for $5.50! Last time. Scoops keep getting smaller and prices getting bigger.
I used to work at the BR on Johnson Drive, so I know the sizes that scoops are supposed to be. This locations charges almost... twice as much for a scoop without giving the scoop at the size it?s supposed to be. I?ve experienced this multiple times. Theyalso seem to rush customers into making a decision fast and get snappy when you ask for more than 1 sample. I?ll be travelingthe extra few miles to go to the Johnson Drive location. Read more
We love Baskin Robbins ice cream. They were quite courteous and an extremely clean store. Despite being busy, were were served... promptly. I lo Eve that zi can order 2 different scoops of ice cream on the same cone & not receive any looks, judgmental orotherwise, from the employees. Read more
Store is clean. Not everyone working there understands English well and I had a coupon that he couldn't explain for me. He did... get the woman from back who took care of us. However, the scoops are extremely small comparatively to other places, so its not agreat value. The ice cream is Baskin-Robbins, so the quality is good. Read more
I called to ask for gift certificates for our local neighborhood Fall Festival, which is just a neighborhood away from this... Baskin- Robins. Unfortunately, they told me that they would not donate anything. I am blown away that a local shop has chosennot to support its surrounding neighborhood for a good cause and the community. Read more
