I come to this location at least once a week. Sit at the bar have a great time with always great service. Tonight, I sat in the... bar area not at bar. Server let me know when was the only one working. Told her no worries I understand I?m in hospitalitybusiness I get it. I got my drink order then a little bit later order my food. As I write this I still don?t have my food: Itold the waitress to close me out and forget the food. I?ve been here for an hour. I don?t get a manager acknowledgment oranything except the waitress tell me they took off my food order, well duh I never got it. So now I get to try and findsomewhere else to grab some dinner. Awful experience. Waiters in this store doesn't care about their customers. The food was so dry, not fresh & did not have enough... sauce on it. The waiter did not care to ask if we needed ranch, celery & carrots. We had to wait for 10 mins to find the waiterand tell her that we need ranch. After that the billing was done wrongly and we had to spend another 10 mins explaining them theitems we ordered. The 25% promo we had was not applied and the waiter messed up the bill and the promo could not be applied.Won't be visiting this store anymore. Read more
Just terrible. Manager was waiting on my table as I was waiting for friends to show up. Told me I had to order something or... leave. I had ordered ice tea and wasn't ready to order. This guy was very pushy and rude. I'm a senior and had never had anestablishment ask me to order or leave- just a strange experience all around. Go elsewhere where you are welcomed! Read more

I?m not sure what exactly happened here but it wasn?t what I expected based on the majority favorable reviews and my love for... Buffalo Wild Wings. My wife and I arrived here in the afternoon on an Saturday during the slow hours. There was maybe threepeople at the bar and 3 other couples in the entire restaurant. We were seated quickly and our orders taken promptly but theserver was a bit awkward and short with us (nerves?). Our wings arrived fairly quickly but without our requested celery andcarrots. We had to grab our server and remind him halfway through the meal because he was so rarely by our table despite theempty restaurant. On to the food itself. The wings were almost room temperature, dry as can be, and with barely any sauce onany of them. It almost felt like we got leftovers from the hour before. The saving grace was that we were so hungry from fastingthat the warm fries and signature taste of the little sauce on the wings made it so that we could at least finish the food. Theserver did not come by our table until I pushed all the empty plates to the side of the table and asked for a receipt. A fewmoments later, the receipt was just kinda just thrown on the table without a word from the server. Overall, very disappointedwith our service and the quality of our food. I was overjoyed with how fun and friendly the entire staff was. The hostess, our waiter Christian and management were amiable.... This was the first place my coworker and I chose to eat at after we flew into town. The food was delicious. We had the wings andchicken nachos. I will be back before I leave to fly back home. We decided we were hungry for boneless wings. Our best visit in a long time. Thai Curry and Asian Zing were nice size and... flavored just right with a kick. Onion rings were perfect. We gave the Staff a heads up that we had our special needs daughter with us and that we would need a booth. We were sat at a... dirty table and handed menus. I asked for the table to be cleaned. It took a good 10 minutes before we were able to orderdrinks. We put the kids stuff in first and received their food before we gave them the order for the adults. We ended up givingour order to a different waitress. 5 min after that, our actual waitress showed up and said that she put that order in. Theorder was put in incorrectly, and we ended up waiting even longer for the correction. We refilled our own sodas because webasically never saw our waitress. Absolutely terrible service, until we asked for the check. Then we saw our waitress 3 times in3 minutes and she all of a sudden was super sweet. Rediculous Read more
