I didn't have a good experience here. The manager lady was not polite. You work with the public! You do not behave like... that! Perhaps you were having a bad day. I suggest that when you feel like that in the future, just go home for the day or stayin the back where you might not be able to interact with the public as to not embarrass the reputation of this otherwisesatisfactory restaurant. I wonder how many bad reviews this place gets because of her? You do not deserve my futurebusiness. Avoid this place. Just go to a different chillis or someplace else. Read more
Very good service, food was great, didn't wait long for our meals. Waitress was very attentive and friendly.
We hadn't been to Chili's in such a long time, but we will be coming back soon! It was better than I remembered. We especially... loved our server, who had lovely rainbow pens, which were colorful and fun and the best kinds of pens. Read more
Great food. Great service. Biscuit burger was good enough that I would order it again.
Totally disappointed! They have taken chicken fried steak off the menu - which was the main reason we go to Chili's. ?? The... other food we ordered was ok, but dry. The sign on the front door AND on the table said free chips and salsa or drink withEVERY visit for Chilis club members. We are members, but the waitress insisted that the sign was wrong and we needed a coupon.Even if it was wrong, it should have been honored or the sign taken down. Also, the music was way too loud for the few tables inthe place - it was hard to hear across the table. We probably wont be back unless they bring back the chicken fried steak. Read more
Our waitress was Ciara and she was on her game. We had a fairly large group 9peoole and she absolutely the best. She made sure... we were taken of care of. I couldn't ask for a better waitress. And food was fresh and orders were correct. Good food and greatcustomer service Read more
Great waitress. Unfortunately, the food was ehh. Not great. Had a Swiss Mushroom burger that wasn't great... good at best. My... friend had a dry cheese and burger. She likes her hamburger rare and we weren't asked about the doneness of the burger so theywere gray inside. She removed the bun and just had the burger and cheese with lots of ketchup. The fries were great. I likedthe way they were cut. My second outing here in a couple of months and not happy either time. But, again, the waitress wasfabulous! Read more
