Came in tonight, Ashley served us & she absolutely KILLED IT!!!!! Great recommendations, she definitely pointed us in the right... direction! Will be back :-) Also Payton came over to talk to our table & brought us food items… such a great services & veryattentive! Last, Ben brought drinks by & made sure we all got what we needed! I only left 1 star because it wouldn’t let me leave 0. I ordered the stacked enchiladas which I have had many times and they... were great. This was the worst food I’ve ever had!!! When talking to coco bolos asking for a refund I couldn’t help butlaugh because it’s soooo bad. I cannot believe someone would leave the kitchen with food that looked like it came from aprison. I really wanted to love this place because the vibe was great, but the experience wasn’t a good one at all. I will say... everyone was very nice including the waiter, waitress and managers.I tried to be patient because I know many companies are shortstaffed at the moment. We went at 1p on a Sunday. It wasn’t very crowded so we were able to be seated immediately.Unfortunately there’s no social distancing nor were any employees wearing masks. Our waiter completely forgot about us.Thankfully we already had chips and salsa. I didn’t like the salsa at all. The cheese dip was delicious. I ordered a steaktaco and a mahi mahi taco. The steak taco was very tasty, but the mahi mahi taco was a joke. It was a taco shell full of cabbagewith an index finger sized piece of mahi mahi. I’m not exaggerating. The beans were cold but they along with the rice tastedokay. The waiter misplaced my credit card, but thankfully found it. Dessert was served with a dirty spoon. Then I wasovercharged for our food. Tonight I ate at coco bolos and let me tell ya, I had some of the best service I have ever had. My server Abby suggested some... great items on the menu that I enjoyed and she kept my drinks full! I will defiantly be coming back for the avocado taco and tohave some more amazing service! Read more

Since the original in Manhattan is closing I am forever grateful that we have a Cocobolos to frequent. Is the menu different...?... A bit. Is it still fantastic? Absolutely! Great and unique Mexican in a cozy environment with superb service. We went for restaurant week and I ordered the Evil Chicken... which was excellent crispy and spicy and served with really crispy potatoes. Also try the dessert chili - yum! Read more

My quesadilla and the chips and salsa were amazing. Service was going good and then it went downhill. I ordered a margarita and... then after I ordered a second one it tasted completely different from the first one. The bartenders make the drinks completelydifferent and the second one was horrible. There was so many people in the restaurant that we couldn't even barely get out. Andour waitress started forgetting everything we needed and asked for. Probably will not return here. Read more
