I got tired of my usual Panera salads, so I wanted to try this place out. I was going to order to go at first but then I saw how... pretty it was inside and decided to snag a booth for two. The salads are a bit pricey but you do get a large portion if you geta regular sized one! If you're wondering they are bigger than your typical Panera salad. Service was friendly and quick! Ifyou're trying to eat healthy this is a good starter place to go. I ordered the Tunapalooza and I asked them to add avocadoinstead of a hard-boiled egg as a substitute. You get a hefty amount of Tuna, yum! Also ordered smoky chilli hummus withflatbread and the flatbread was so warm! I'm pretty sure they make the hummus themselves, it had a special kick to it. Theyalso have different tea options, the vanilla tangerine tea is delicious and you have the option to add orange or lemon slices toyour tea! The folded flats fell apart like a soggy taco shell. Same size as taco only $9.00. No manager there. Asked someone if this is... normal and he said I don?t know I never had one. Got take out from Crushed Red the other night and it was really good. Had a big ?make your own? salad, fresh ingredients, and... liberal with the ?fixens?. The chicken was fresh and juicy. We also got a Children?s cheese flatbread pizza that was tasty.Everyone is friendly and the place is nice and clean! Read more

Great spot for feel good food and beer/wine to boot! We will be back to try more, butternut squash soup, pixie sticks... (pineapple/bacon), salads and shrimp bowl hit the spot this time. And the Monk & Honey beer was divine. Read more
Highly highly recommend. I?ve lived in KC for over a decade and have driven by crushed red a trillion and a half times but it... never peaked my interest until I experienced a build your own salad where the salad masters mix it up for you in the DFW area.After that experience I completely fell in love and now crushed red is my go to for a good salad and my recommendation to anyonelooking for an amazing salad. Little pricey but so worth it - a lot less $$ in comparison to competitors in the area. Saladmasters are patient and kind especially with newbies. Ingredients all appear and taste fresh.
