Fajita Pete's does everything right. My fiancé and I have ordered from here SEVERAL times and each time they have delivered... incredible flavor, fast service, and consistent quality. Hands down the best fajitas-- not to mention the margaritas! Theirfajitas provide such a unique flavor that you couldn't replicate on your own, and we've never had to wait longer than 15 minutesfor our order to be ready. My boyfriend and I are from out of town, on a weekend getaway. On the way out of town, we decided to eat before we started back... home. After a quick Google search for Mexican, we came across Fajita Pete's. When we arrived, they were not technically openyet, they just happened to be catering and they served anyway!!! WOW talk about customer service!!! The owner Scott was verykind. You never hear or come across restaurants that are willing to serve customers in this manner.. Once you try Fajita Pete's in Overland Park KS you will be hooked! Their fajitas are some of the most amazing fajitas I have... ever had! You also definitely need to try their margaritas. Every single time I try to post about how much I like Fajita Pete's, I can never get a picture because we devour it! Thank... goodness we order them for work lunches and I could grab a quick snap shot before I inhaled it. The steak is sooo tender and thequeso dip will have you planning your day around getting more. Oh and I did I mention the margarita's (strictly after work ofcourse) and so worth the wait. You will absolutely not go wrong ordering from here...especially those tortillas! Read more

We were looking for something new and came across Fajita Pete?s. We were very pleasantly surprised. Delicious fajitas; my... husband had the beef and said it?s probably the best fajita meat he?s ever had. I had the veggie option, again delicious! Iwasn?t able to finish my portion. Great refried beans, amazing guacamole. Even the chips were good. Very nice staff. Theonly down side for me, I don?t like any type of sauce except mild. There?s was a bit too hot for me.
