I ordered a cheese burger plain stating that I don?t eat pork it makes me sick . I got my order it has pork on it . I asked tge... guy at the window to take it back and change it to a new one and I mentioned pork makes me sick please don?t just remove it makeme a new one . He went and of course cane back with same one after one sec I saw him see the coke only remove the pork and notmake me a new one . I tell him where is the manger I show her the pork small pieces left there and explain she nice and saidsorry she went back made me a new one . The guy comes and yelled at me told me he was doing his job slam the driver thru windowreally hard . First of all you are a bad worker and a lair to do such a thing. I wish this happens to you. I come here all the time but now I will stop . They always have my order wrong when I use drive through. I check my order... usually wrong I give it to them it take s them 5 extra minutes to make it always. Thats bo big deal . Tonight I ordered andagain they make the same mistake I say thats ok end of the night people worked hard all day . So I give them my order back. Theybring it back to me and it is my correct order but 100% but food is spoiled looks like they moved whatever I asked for to trashand put the burgers back on the grill. My wife and I picked up our food from the drive thru at the location on 135th. The young lady who took our order was... disinterested in the process of taking the order and didn?t offer a thank you or a you?re welcome for our business. When wearrived at the window to pick up our order, the young man taking payment and handing us our food was even less interested inproper customer service. He also failed in offering a thank you or you?re welcome when engaged by my wife. To make mattersworse, when we arrived home my wife?s grilled chicken sandwich had no condiments on it. I consider myself a "Fredhead" so it almost pains me to write this review. This was the absolute WORST Freddy's I have even... been to. From the get go the cashier was rushing me through my order even though there was no line behind me, I felt like aburden to her accomplishing her job of.....well taking my order. The portion sizes were the smallest I have ever seen at aFreddy's. It was like pulling teeth to get dips, and even then for my family of 5 they gave me ONE honey mustard, ONE frysauce, and ONE tiny marinara. The cheese curd portion was about half of what you can get at ANY other Freddy's. The onlypositive was the burger tasted fine, and they managed not to mess up their fountain drinks. Read more

Friday night is a VERY popular time at this location! I went through the drive thru and it took over 20 minutes. I am a big fan... of chili cheese dogs and Freddy's was recommended to me for this. I came here simply to try that dish. The chili cheese dog israther expensive. $4.39 for something I could make at home for a fraction of the cost. The bun is big, the hot dog is long andskinny. It looks like there's lots of chili on it, but it's just an illusion. You mostly pay for bun with this dish. ???? For mychili cheese dog, the bun and the chili was warm, the cheese was melty but the hot dog was cold. Not a happy chili cheese dogexperience for me. On a happy side note, despite being CRAZY busy the staff was upbeat and friendly.
