Why do I pay $14 for undercooked fries and a burger covered in mustard? I visited Freddy?s through the drive through at the end... of my day to have a nice meal for dinner. What I didn?t know is I would arrive home with cold, undercooked, soggy, unseasoned,under filled fries. The picture shows the exact amount of fries I was given, I have never experienced this before, especiallynot at Freddy?s. I was incredibly disappointed to pay $14 for my food to only receive less than half the amount of fries thatcomes in an order. I should know, I worked at a different Freddy?s location about 2 years ago. I ordered a double cheeseburgerwith cheese, ketchup, and mustard. There was no ketchup on my burger, but there was enough mustard to the point it was drippingoff the burger. It was honestly inedible due to the overwhelming amount of mustard. The only good thing about my order was thepeppermint Oreo shake, it?s lovely to have just a desert as a meal when I expected to have a whole dinner with actual food.Thanks Freddy?s. RIP OFF. Freddy's has such good food. The steak burgers are devine, the custard is SO good, and the fries are very nice. The atmosphere... is also very nice, being a 50s diner look. The service could improve, however. I was not given my receipt when I ordered. Thisis a problem because they call out the number on your receipt to give you your order. I was dining in at Freddy?s when one of the clerks walked up to me with a free custard because he made a mistake while making... another person?s mobile order. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and will definitely be coming back. Read more

Wait was a little too long but the fries were worth the wait. However, three double hamburgers, a large fry and drink cost over... $25 so I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. Read more

This is probably the slowest Freddy?s I have ever been too.! So for the time the food comes out you?d expect the food to be... fresh and hot. But no it?s always cold super salty fries and takes well over 15 mins in the drive thru for 2 kids meals smh .And this isn?t a one off time I?ve been to this location 3 times and still slow with no one else in the drive thru Read more

***Update: I drove back up to take my burger back. The manager didn?t even apologize but did remake my order. The guy cooking... was the only one who apologized and he said they got fatty meat so it was hard to cook. The burger wasn?t any better once I gothome to eat it. Still pretty crunchy. Sounds like to me the person cooking the meat doesn?t know how to use or cook on a flattop. Very disappointed with how the manager responded. Will not be back to this location.
