Their customer service was terrible! I looked on the wall and it said that $5 off if you text Mr Goodcents today. I asked the... young lady at the register who rung us out can she gave me the $5 discount and I showed her on my phone where I texted thenumber and they gave me confirmation back. She said she didn't know how take the 5 dollars off, so she asked the guy next toher, he came over to the register and said that he wasn't giving us $5 off today then he said he didn't care what was on thesign and he knows nothing about that.. even though he works there. The guy was being very passive-aggressive! I showed him myphone confirmation also and he didn't care about that either. I asked him was they manager there because they can take it offand the guy said that they have no manager at that location. He was a tall Caucasian guy with a long beard. I normally have agood experience at this location and the food is normally great. I won't be going back because the experience today was terribleand the staff was so rude especially the guy that wouldn't help us! Read more
We called about a sandwich that wasn?t fully wrapped. The manager cut us off to make a condescending comment about two halves... being the same amount as a whole. Thanks Captain Obvious. Anyway back to the reason why I called, which by the way isn?t aboutsecond grade math. He cut us off again to say that he didn?t care and hung up before I could mention the mustard allergy. Thatleft us dealing with mustard, on the outside of an incompletely wrapped sandwich. It paired well with the incomplete phone call. Visited the store today at 3 o?clock. I?ve come here several times but this was the worst experience ever. I will never go back.... They should be reported to the health department. A gentleman who works there, he?s a little bit older & has a long braidliterally was standing by the cut up vegetables and sneezed without covering, then proceeded to wipe his nose with the back ofhis hand twice then step to the register helped a customer and handled cash in that transaction then proceeded to walk over andhandle bread with hands that not been washed. He then also handled A food container and poured soup. After that he continued towork around the food with a dirty cloth wiping down things touching a shirt. For a 15 minute period we observed him movingaround doing things around the food. Never once did he wash his hands. Several other employees were also touching their shirtsand touching their faces and never washing their hands before they did start to handle food. One employee came in, directlytook a big bag of trash out then immediately came back into the food service area without washing her hands. She did put ongloves before she started to handle the food but she never did wash her hands. In the 15 to 20 minutes that we observed, onlyone employee washed his hands before starting to handle food. And he was one who just came in to work. I had the roasted chicken footlong just with chips $10.37. Its a great sandwich but meat to bread ratio sucks. Reminds me of... jimmy johns with a softer bun. Overall better then JJ subways still beats them with quality. Read more
We had a nice lunch here . Their colecut meats are sliced to order so are moist and more flavorful according to my meat eating... dinner mates. Parking was easy and handicapped accessible. Read more
