First things first....Imo's Pizza is fantastic. I've never had a bad experience until coming to this store. I normally order... for a small group, so we order an XL to go around. I started having an issue with receiving cold pizzas. I would pick them upright when the order tracker said they're ready, drive them five minutes home, and end up with a cold pizza. After giving themthe benefit of the doubt, I called the store. The franchise owner informed me it was my fault and that "there's no way it couldbe cold coming from a 500° oven". We ended up reheating it and ate out glorified grocery store pizza for dinner. A couple ofmonths later, we ordered and received an extremely burnt pizza. I called the store and was informed there was not enough time toremake it as they were closing. My only other option was to be credited a fraction of the pizza's cost. Not only are theseowners extremely cheap, and rude, they're also not willing to take the blame for their shortcomings. What a shame. Read more
Excellent pizza, love the thin crispy crust. Lots of toppings to choose from. Our favorites are: All Meat Specialty and BBQ... Chicken pizzas. Call in orders are quick usually within 20 minutes so by the time we get there the pizzas are ready. Alwayscooked to perfection, thanks to the staff for making it right everytime. YUM!
