First things first....Imo's Pizza is fantastic. I've never had a bad experience until coming to this store. I normally order... for a small group, so we order an XL to go around. I started having an issue with receiving cold pizzas. I would pick them upright when the order tracker said they're ready, drive them five minutes home, and end up with a cold pizza. After giving themthe benefit of the doubt, I called the store. The franchise owner informed me it was my fault and that "there's no way it couldbe cold coming from a 500° oven". We ended up reheating it and ate out glorified grocery store pizza for dinner. A couple ofmonths later, we ordered and received an extremely burnt pizza. I called the store and was informed there was not enough time toremake it as they were closing. My only other option was to be credited a fraction of the pizza's cost. Not only are theseowners extremely cheap, and rude, they're also not willing to take the blame for their shortcomings. What a shame. Read more
Excellent pizza, love the thin crispy crust. Lots of toppings to choose from. Our favorites are: All Meat Specialty and BBQ... Chicken pizzas. Call in orders are quick usually within 20 minutes so by the time we get there the pizzas are ready. Alwayscooked to perfection, thanks to the staff for making it right everytime. YUM! I do not understand all the good reviews for this pizza. It is ridiculously expensive for what you get and it did not taste... good. The crust was thin, which is my preference, but it was way overcooked, the ingredients were just average tasting, and thegooey cheese they advertise was an overcooked congealed glob. I did not order the well done, so I can't imagine what that wouldtaste like. It reminded me of a Red Baron frozen pizza, but hammered and way overpriced. Read more
Liked cheese pizza and a special specific type of pizza with jalapenos bacon cheese the owners delighted us with . Which my... daughter orders all the time since working takeout orders few years ago. Clean bathrooms neat setting and tables. Sat in boothto right of entrance. Not much noise except piped in music besides wo TV screens to watch. Read more
I am sad to say that this pizza place only is available in St. Louis and the one where we ate in Missouri near Kansas City. It... was clean and friendly and the pizza was amazingly good if you like thin crust. The sauce was yummy and the cheese differentyet good. It's a must try if you anywhere near one. Read more
Their pizza is consistently the best, and reasonably priced. You have to try their house Italian salad dressing! I order treats... of their salad for work functions and everyone LOVES the dressing! Read more
