Kind of hidden from the road, in front of Blessing Abound. Don't know about dining room access, was only interested in... drive-thru. Service spaced out the car waiting times, by asking for you to wait on ordering. So worth the wait though, thosefries were hot and the the food was made the way we asked. Thank you. Read more
I just ordered the most ridiculously expensive bacon cheeseburger they had and specifically requested no mayonnaise. Got home to... find this: no bacon on the burger and EXTRA mayonnaise, 3 layers of it. Are you kidding me? The dude at the window was prettyrude too. Never going back here! Read more
One star review, due to the fact that this Jack in the box location is rarely open. They are closed more times than open,... regardless of the time of day. Today the sign said closed until 4 PM, I was there after 4 PM, no response from the employeeinside looking at me through the window. It would?ve been nice for them to open the window to explain when they would be open,but they did not respond to me at all. I do not understand how employees can be so indifferent to customers. Literally been in the line for 29 min and only have 2 cars ahead of me and can?t go forward because there?s a car in front of me... and can?t back up because there?s several cars behind me. I?ll give a 3 star because I won?t be tasting the food, I?m notgetting any food as the fast food perception I had had long past and I have to get somewhere else, at this point I just want outof this line. I love Jack In the box! I eat the tacos and egg rolls there religiously!! They have everything I want when I?m hungry I cannot... get enough. The one complain I have is the customer service isn?t always perfect and the lines seem to take quite awhile butthat's fast food business for you. Read more
I have not been to a Jack in the Box in at least 5 years and was looking forward to a Sourdough Jack! As I walked into the... lobby, I noticed the floors were extremely slick and slipped several times. Someone get a dehumidifier at this location! Tryusing the urinal with slick floors and see if you start doing the splits! Bathroom was also missing paper towerls. Aside fromthe slick floors, I was surprised at the poor quality of the food. Sourdough jack was not as good as I remembered. Seems likeit was soggy. This location has ruined Jack and the box for me and may never visit another one again :( Read more
This place has a little bit of everything and makes me sad there's not one closer to home. The prices are reasonable and the... service was indeed prompt. The food was real good and can't wait to come back to try the next thing on the menu. Read more
The dining room was dirty and didn't look like anyone cared. Fries were cold to no surprise. The burger just tasted a little... off. The texture was rubbery. It wasn't the worst experience but not very good! Read more
