Have tried to come here twice around 6:45-7pm for subs. Both times they were randomly closed. 6 employees there but they had a... hand written sign on the door. I placed a pick up order for 4 sandwiches and a kids meal the other day and when I got home I only received 3. I called the... store and spoke with the manager on duty. This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike's. It was amazing, this team of employees run like a well oiled machine. They were... extremely busy but these employees were so fast. I'll be frank. I love their sandwiches and the staff is always friendly. However, consistently (no less than 10x over the... past year) they run out of Gluten-Free bread and after waiting in line, do I find out it's out. Not cool, poorcommunications. Additionally, again still like this place, closing at 6PM due to staffing. So, I find myself frequentlyskipping due to poor consistency. Read more
