I love Jimmy John's but this place is always drive thru only lately. Which is incredibly frustrating when you do online orders... for pickup and have to wait in a line of cars for people making orders even though you select the food to be left by the door.Freaky slow. Read more
This may only be a problem with door dash, but I have ordered from here twice not received my food and when I go to get a refund... it tells me to call the store. When I do call them, they will never pick up and they don't have a mailbox set up so I can'tleave a message. Its infuriating I've lost 20ish dollars that I can't get back and I can't even get ahold of the store to ask ifi can just pick it up myself. Read more
Randomly closed at 5pm on a Thursday even though their own website says they?re open until 9pm. Great. Love wasting my time... driving to places that lie about being open. Read more
Sandwiches are consistently soggy (even when you order via drive thru but especially upon delivery) and the location will just... randomly be closed. Not reliable. Read more
Always quick, good food. Sometimes I do feel my sandwich is a bit thin, but overall a great place to stop for a bit to eat. I... have noticed that when I go through the drive through I don't always get a to-go back tho! Maybe because I just get onesandwich...either way friendly service and a good place to eat! Read more
Excellent wraps and quick turnaround from the ladies manning the counters there. I've come to enjoy Jimmy John's through the... influence of an ex of mine, and she was definitely right, their sandwiches are amongst the best. I had the Chicken Caesar wraplast time, and it was quite delicious. I ended up finishing my lunch there, rather than taking it to go, since I enjoyed it so. Read more
This location is always quick and on point, but went through this morning and was even more impressed than usual. The young man... that took my order got the entire thing, in which I add and subtract toppings from my sandwich, my side and drink without even asingle question. Got to the window and he was polite, fast and my order was made to perfection. Went from pulling into thedrive-thru to eating my sandwich in a matter of a few minutes flat. Perfect quality, polite and quick service and reasonableprice all rolled into one visit is quite a treat these days. Keep up the good work. Read more
2nd time I have ordered delivery from this location and nothing was delivered. There is no manager on duty and they refuse to... turn off the app when they have no driver or to allow doordash to fill the order. Read more
