My fiancé and I had dinner last night and it was exquisite! I got the honey Cajun salmon with Alfredo and the fresh ingredients... really make the dish. The flavor was balanced and the pasta cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this item on the menu. TheAlfredo sauce is authentic and bursting with amazing flavor. The peach cobbler was amazing as well. Would have had a picture toobut it was so good it was all gone in a minute. Service was excellent. Our server was funny and polite. We just happened across this Italian restaurant. it wasn't busy as we came before the normal dinner hour, the atmosphere looked... nice and smelled italian. The staff at the entrance were friendly. Our waitress Mariana G suggested the shrimp scampi, it wasso very delicious. My wife ordered the Olive Salad and I ordered the Chicken soup (soup of the day), again very delicious. Forthe main dish we split the Eggplant Parmigiana with angel hair pasta with marinara sauce. The food was well prepared andfilling. With a little arm twisting and we split a Tiramisù, definitely some of the best we've ever had. Overall, therestaurant had great atmosphere, our waitress was polite, her menu suggestions were excellent. We will certainly be repeatcustomers. They earned every bit of our 5 stars. Read more

We came here for a birthday party and had an area with several table reserved. Our group was over 20 people. The food was great... and priced right. Nice selection on the menu to. The server was very nice he tried his best, there were couple of hiccups andthey were taken care of, that's why there should have been 2 servers for this large group. We had a great experience at Johnny Cascone’s. Our waiter informed us right off the bat that they are short staffed.... Unfortunately it seems most places are nowadays. Regardless of them being low of help, our waiter did a fantastic job of keepingup with our drinks and other needs. My peach Bellini was delicious as was my food. I ordered the Italian Flag and my favoritewas the fettuccine Alfredo. I’ll be ordering that next time I come for sure! Read more

We have been here twice and it is definitely our favorite Italian place in Kansas City. Their Fried Mozzarella (mozzarella... sticks) is the best I’ve had. Ever. The lasagna and a ravioli are also top tier. Their Peach Bellini has ruined allother bellinis for me. Their portions are huge so plan on leftovers. Sadly because of this we haven’t ever made it todessert. I would recommend splitting something because they do not play around with portions. You will get your money worth. Fine dining setting. Reasonable prices. Attentive service staff. Looks like they get a lot of take out business. My iceberg... wedge salad was perfect with lots of bleu cheese chunks.
