Staff was amazing, food was as expected. Ditch the automated ordering in drive through, you wind up having to talk to someone to... fix the mistakes anyways. If I was rating on that experience you?d get one star. If it weren?t a factor and I was rating onstaff you?d get 5 star. Seriously, a good staff is worth more than a shiny new ridiculous toy. I am becoming less and less inclined to frequent any of the local McD?s as I continue to be greeted by a robotic voice that... lacks the capacity to deliver a personalized experience. Any modifications to any menu item are lost on this ?AI? and it ends upwasting everyone?s time when a live person has to come to speaker anyway to fix what the robot got wrong. Once the order wasput in correctly it came out fine. The people were friendly and helpful, and I firmly believe they should be giving the customerexperience rather than a robotic voice. Read more
Drive-thru was quick and efficient. The staff was also polite and knew their jobs well. The food is what I expected from... McDonald's. I also have never had messed up orders with this location, so that's a plus! Read more
The kiosks inside evidently aren't working - no food tents available - no out of order signs. Big line at counter so went back... out to vehicle and went through drive through. Drive through service was fast, order was correct. Food was hot and tasted good,but had to ask to get napkins. Could be better, but basically met expectations. Read more
I've been working nearby and eaten at this location repeatedly over the spring and summer. It's always clean, the service is... always fast (even during the lunch rush), and the staff are both incredibly polite and competent. The managers here are on topof things. Also, their Play Place recently re-opened and the shape of the building means you aren't constantly overwhelmed bythe sounds of excited children if you're seated in the main restaurant area. i would appreciate it if the correct dining room hours of operation would be posted on the door, updated on the app, and updated... according to Google. i arrived at 10:15 to find the doors locked, yet, apparently still having drive-thru available. a priorvisit, i had arrived at 10:30 to the same experience. i went to the drive-thru window, and i asked the employee if the postedhours of open until 11 was accurate. i was told yes, and that for some reason that they didn't know the manager had locked thedoors early on that night. so, either the posted hours are incorrect, or the night staff chooses to lock the doors early on aconsistent basis.
