The food was really good! I got the loaded seasoned fries and my mom got the avocado toast, we were both really happy with what... we got! They've got a great selection of healthy and indulgent food. The drink menu is nice and they've got in-house madelemonade that you can get spiked as well (must be 21 or older). There's also sauces, pickled items, jams, and various otherthings you can purchase to take home. The service was astounding, everyone was friendly and helpful (my first time going). Read more

Very cute place. Avocado toast is mainly bread, hardly any avocado on it. For $7 its just piece bread with couple of chunks of... tomatoes. The pictures they had on Google maps with cute mugs is misleading cuz they gave us to go cups for dining in. We askedfor it however they said they only have a couple of 12oz cups in the entire store. Not impressed. I thought more highly of itbased on pictures and reviews. Read more
Good breakfast spot. The quiche was certainly the winner in the 3 breakfasts we tried. 5 star item The biscuits and gravy... garnered a 3 with its lukewarm temperature. The burrito we tried was a 3.5. Decent but nothing amazing. I was impressed by thecupcake. It's got a healthy amount of icing, but it's not overly sweet. Read more

McClain's is popular enough that they definitely don't need my five-star review but they're going to get it anyway. This is an... extension of their original bake shop off of Ward parkway in Missouri. My favorite baked item at McLean's will always be thereshortbread thumbprint cookies with chocolate frosting. I will buy a dozen and eat them within 24 hours. It's an addiction. Theyalso have a great variety of cakes, cookies, and rolls. They are pecan frosted rolls that come in a disposable tin are afavorite, as well. This location has a drive-thru which is very convenient. We stopped in yesterday and the line was long andthe parking lot was full. It's a high quality bakery and there aren't many of those around so this is to be expected. They alsohave a lot of tables and seating where you can go and meet a friend, have a coffee or lunch. They have a lot of gift itemsfocused around the kitchen as well. Even though they are very busy, the employees are all very friendly. They are bustling andjust couldn't be nicer. They operate like a well-oiled machine. I would recommend this to visitors and anyone who hasn't beenhere before and loves a good bakery. Read more
