I had one of the worst experiences ever here. I was with a group of 7. First we were told no one could take our order because no... one was clocked in, yet two people were doing side work? Then it took 30 minutes for the woman to get to us. When she did, shecheck ID?s but demanded to see mine twice for some reason. Then proceeded to argue with me about my ID and insinuated I waslying about her looking at it once already. After that she tried to redeem herself and be nice to the people I was with. Whenshe brought us our drinks she gave me the wrong beer. When I went to the bar to have it fixed she yet again insinuated I was aliar, poured another beer and told me to take it because she would not waste a beer. I have no idea why she decided to single meout and be so rude. She kept claiming ?it?s been a day, my brain isn?t working.? In my opinion, that is no excuse to be as rudeas she was. I didn?t get her name, but she was older and blonde. She was awful. She cost herself a tip for her words andactions. A few of the people I was with have been to this bar many times and said that she has always been extremely rude anddistraught. I don?t know how she is still allowed to serve other with such a bad attitude and bad work ethic. I do not recommendthis bar if your wanting to remain happy after service. Read more
I chose to eat here for restaurant week because the menu looked delicious. Made a reservation for noon. Should be a quick in and... out with a limited menu. Not so! We waited quite some time for our order to be taken. They brought us the wrong order....twice.I ordered kale salad and a burger and fries. Food was ok. I expected more. Someone at the next table went to look for theserver so we could pay. He also wrote a review that wasn't very favorable. The manager finally came out and was very apologetic.A large group showed up that they were not expecting and it set them back. Credit card machine was down so not sure why it tookso long to process. Went here for lunch for restaurant week. Had an 1145 reservation, just now got out after 1pm. Salad didn't include goat cheese,... chicken and waffles didn't include glaze or jalapeno butter, burger was previously frozen and had zero flavor. You can get afast food burger with more flavor for half the cost. On top of everything else, I had to go find a server just to pay for mymeal, and then they took more than five minutes to bring back our ticket after that request. First, it is really hard to find the entrance or somewhere to park. Once we finally found the entrance we just did valet for... convenience which they did validate. Server was nice but the food was not good. Crab hushpuppies very dry and tasted mostly orbreading. Ordered the stroganoff and the noodles were overcooked and the meat not flavorful so I sent it back. Ordered the fishtacos and was able to at least get through them. Even they were dry and not great. Definitely not the quality I was expecting. Read more
We ordered the veggie pot pie and meatloaf entrees. The pot pie is a true vegetarian dish, no animal stock used to make the... gravy. Not a common sight on restaurant menus, very delicious! The meatloaf was house made and excellent as well. Atmosphere wasquiet and cozy. Very expensive, but you can always expect as much from a hotel restaurant. Overall a great dinner. Read more
We had dinner last night and lunch today, both were outstanding! Fabulous steak, the best steak my husband has had in years. The... barbeque chicken salad was a beautiful blend of flavors. The club sandwich and barbeque chicken sandwiches were also delightfulmouthwatering masterpieces. The wait staff is excellent also. Read more
