Talk about your self serve. We had to place our order on a kiosk, get our own drinks and pick up our food at the counter when... ready. They text your phone when it's ready. And they asked for a tip when you ordered! A tip for what? Read more
First time at the Blu Hawk location. I ordered inside a bacon, scrambled egg & cheese on brioche. And I asked if they had Coke... products. I was told yes. I was handed my cup & told to 'go over there '. The fountain pop had Pepsi products only. When myorder was ready, the cooks were really cheerful & told me to have a good day. After I left, I found my sandwich was a fried egg& bacon on brioche (no cheese & the egg was incorrect from what I ordered). It was good, but not what I ordered. Newer location. We used the drive-through. Didn't have Bread Bowls available @ 5 PM. They were nice enough to add fresh bread to... the order. The sandwich & Mac and Cheese were fresh & delicious. Read more

Even though the manager was running the place like general Patton. And doing an awesome job. It still took 40 minutes for me to... get a single Margarita Pizza. I understand having lots of personnel and that can be a good thing but as the saying goes too manycooks in the kitchen can spoil the broth. In this case there were so many people in that kitchen I don't know how they had roomto do anything or understood what anything was. I watched as they got someone's food wrong as I was waiting and they kept sayingwhat food they needed but alas it did not come. Lots of activity seems to equal lots of confusion. Read more
