Worst Pizza and wings I ve ever had. These facility needs to retrain or fix their ovens.
The past three times we?ve ordered, they?ve overblown their delivery time by over 30 minutes. This last time, they were over an... hour late and when the pizza finally showed up it had no sauce on it. I?ve been on hold with the store for more than 30 minutesand they don?t answer- and the home office does nothing to help. Won?t be ordering from this location again. Read more
Don?t order from here! Order delivery ahead of time it was 25 minutes late with no notification that it would be so late. It... took over 30 minutes on hold to get ahold of the store and when I spoke to the manager all he said was they were busy. Unacceptable. Don?t take orders that you can?t fulfill in a timely manner. The guy at the counter was extremely nice and very helpful. He made the entire visit amazing. I felt that he even alone made the... trip to this store worth it. And the pizza was really good, too. 10/10 Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 1 pizza tonight which they delivered incorrectly. Called the manager line and asked... for a refund. ?Sorry sir we can?t do that I can only give you credit for the next time. ?. It?s company?s policy sir. So Iget The wrong pizza and I can?t get a refund??? So I said make it correctly and deliver it again. I waited an hour and calledthe manage Line back. Different person answered. So I order a pizza and wait and wait, and I finally call and they have a phone number from 10 years ago and no apt number which... I gave them all the updated info. You can't even order a pizza these days! They cancel my order 1 hour later and dinner for 2kids is now late. Such poor customer service Read more
Just walk in at the 119th ST. The lady that was in there was RUDE and her communication skills was zero to none. Basically... kicked us out and had no clue when the pizza was going to be available. If the place says open on google are we supposed toimagine there's no pizza available. Please train the employees to be more coordial & kind to customers. By the way I hope youhave a great day LADY! I would not recommend ordering from this location. Pizza from any other Papa John's will be better. The crust is too thin here... and makes it difficult to hold the pizza as there is no strength to the bottom of the slice. I've tested my theory by orderingfrom 2 other locations, and their pizza is always better. Will not be going back to this location. Read more
