Terrible customer service. Ordered 4 pizzas. Only received 3. Called store. Sat on hold for 20 min before I drove to store. Let... them know I was missing a stuffed crust pizza from order. Manager says I?ll replace that and give you $20 credit on account. Isay instead of $20 I?ll just take the same cheese I ordered as my kids are at home eating all of that now. 10 min go by and shecomes out with just a cheese. No stuffed crust. A cheese pizza doesn?t equal the stuffed crust you forgot or the 35 min I spentwaiting for just a cheese pizza. Seriously. We are now way past any of my food at home being warm. Thanks for a completelyterrible experience for the fam. Note to self order from another store. Read more
Driver that brought our wings smashed our box up and they do not answer there phone .it was my brithday too just made me feel... like people today just so dang ulgy.!ate only 3 of them tried calling the store but they dont answer.i won't be ordering no moredue to the driver doing that plus we had tipped him good. Usually never have problems but a few weeks ago I ordered a pizza waited an hour and a half no notifications or knock on the... door to alert me of arrival, went out to find the pizza cold and covered in ants and have not been reimbursed for the issue. Read more

When we arrived at the time the order was meant to be ready, it was not at all ready and we had to wait an additional 10- 15... minutes, despite there being no one else waiting and it was not too busy being 8.45pm on a Wednesday night. After waiting 10-15mins longer than expected, we were further disappointed because we were given the wrong pizza. We had ordered two medium pizzas,one to be a super supreme and one to be a veggie lover, as one of us is vegetarian. In the end, we got given two medium Supersupreme pizzas, and NO veggie pizza. Bro. I love Pizza Hut! We have never been enemies. Tell me why my pizza showed up with a bite taken out of it. The manager or... peacemaker or whoever runs this specific location assured me "no one here bit your pizza man" but yal look at this pic and tellme. Should I sue? Do I even have a case? This location can?t even make a pizza that looks like a pizza. Can?t blame it on delivery. I ordered in the shop and waited for... it. It tasted as bad as it looks. Customer service is sub-par. Skip this and pick up a frozen one or pizza rolls at Hyvee. Itwill be cheaper and taste better. Don?t even give this location a try. Read more
Would have gave more stars but the delivery driver brought the wrong stuff and forgot two orders of wings and then when he came... back 30 minutes later with the wings and pizza he wanted 2 swap out the pizza that they got wrong like we wasn't gone eat it forthat long wait lol. Read more
