Ever since I moved to this area 3 years ago I have only got pizza at this pizza hut location ..they always make my food exactly... how I want it..its ready when I get there ..the staff is always so nice..an I luv the $10 value as well..if I could just figureout how to claim my free breadsticks from rewards lol Read more

I think management has changed. Definitely for the better. The staff who brought out my order was kind, friendly, and the order... was perfect. My husband was so excited to try the Beyond meat plant-based sausage, at Pizza Hut. We went vegetarian a year ago for health... reasons, so it?s a fun time to explore. I put in our order online at 5:30...but we didn?t get to eat our dinner until 7:30. Theonline ordering system didn?t allow me to modify my gluten-free veggie lovers pizza (no cheese, add Beyond sausage, etc.), so Icalled what I thought was the store. I requested that they add Beyond sausage to my gluten-free pizza, but they refused, We werehappy to pay the up charge, but they said it only came on large pizzas. I said to charge us for a large, but they refused thatidea. What kind of business model is this?! LOL It eventually went all the way up the chain from call center, to the supervisor,to the store manager. After arguing with me for a half hour about how the call center was also unable to reach the store oradjust our order, we drove passed several Pizza Hut locations to one of two stores in the metro that offered Beyond meat andgluten free crust. When we got there, they had to remake mine (but not without burning the crust). Don?t let Pizza Hut ruin datenight for you, go to Waldo Pizza. It feels better to support a local business, and actually get what you like. Read more
Their crust didn't taste fresh and the store WREAKED of cigarette smoke... Made my stomach turn.
