Tried to order from here last weekend. Phone was busy for 50 redials, so drove up to order in person.... closed for... "remodeling." It seems they actually closed a month ago with a sign that read "closed due to poor ownership." I didn't see anyevidence of remodeling going on, you'd think they would put a voice greeting on their phone so people would know. Ended upordering from the Olathe Pizza Shoppe.... they got the order wrong. Skip the whole chain is my advice. Rosati's is openingjust a few doors down at I-69 and 151st, much better. Read more

Love this place! We called them to see if they ever had discounts for law enforcement (we're buying lunch for our campus police)... and they were more than happy to give us a discount! Thanks for showing love to our police officers! Read more
Just all around unenjoyable. Waiter seemed very distracted, food took exceptionally long and then was not good. Macaroni was... dry and flavorless, manicotti for my 8yo was microwaved to death and given directly to him, our pizzas were overcooked sloppedtogether. Not surprised there were only 2 other customers in there. Read more
Worst carry out experience in a long time, maybe ever. Called in the lunch pasta special & was advised it would be ready in 30... mins. I arrive 30 mins later, I?m the only customer and there?s a staff of at least 7 people, all kids, 2 of which are sittingat the bar, one drinking a beer. Another is sitting at a booth on her phone. I pay, they give me my drink, then they tell methey forgot about my order and to give them 10 mins while they make my food. The employee drinking at the bar asked his othercoworker what I was waiting on found it hysterical that my order was forgotten. 15 minutes later, they hand me two boxes - ahuge one and a medium sized one. I leave, get back to my office and discover that nowhere in any of these boxes is my salad thatcomes with it. I?d give the experience 0/5 if it were an option. I?m side the store this weekend on Sunday smell like sewage. We walked in and right back out . Really gross. Been eating there... once a week since it?s been on that location. Will never go back it was so gross. Staff also just yelled at us seatyourself. She was to busy talking to a buddy at the bar then to great us. Terrible terrible. Very rude on the phone. We were ordering 5 pizzas to go at 3:45 today (Wednesday). I assumed my order total would near... $100. The guy on the phone was only half listening. He confused our order and we had to start over. Then he raises his voiceand says "it shouldn't take 5 minutes to order pizza". Very rude and condescending attitude. We have eaten at this Pizzashoppe for 20 years or so. Management has gotten poor in the last few years. This phone call is a symptom of poormanagement. We will not ever be back Read more
Same as other complaints. The phone rang and rang?. no one answered and even though the door was locked, there was no sign on... the door or any of the windows either. Poor management must have ended this Pizza Shoppe Read more
