My new favorite restaurant! I ordered the pork xhops, medium. These were the juiciest most flavorless chops I've ever had. But... when I had a sl7ce of chicken fried chicken I know I'd be returning. Overall: 9.2/10 Beautiful restaurant with taste to match. The design and decor here are extremely well thought out. The food... options are a little on the higher side but not enough to make you second guess when you taste the food. Lots of options herefrom rotisserie chicken, hand crafted cocktails, to exquisitely prepared steak. Service is always beyond expectations andwelcoming. I ordered the Hawaiian style ribeye and was not disappointed. The glaze went perfectly with the cut and was cookedto order. Paired with glazed carrots, and mashed potatoes. One of the best steak sauces I have tried. I accompanied with a fewsmoky old fashions and enjoyed every aspect of the dining experience here. A lovely patio area and indoor seating there's notreally a bad spot in the house. Would recommend for a nice dining experience out. I will keep coming back. Read more
We walked in last-minute after the failure of another restaurant to appropriately seat us (with reservations). Redrock had no... issues finding us a great table for our anniversary. The atmosphere was excellent and the food was even better. 9/10 restaurantscan't cook red meat to save a life, but no issues at Redrock. Corbin (our server) was attentive and had a great attitude. He hadour orders out in record time. Accounting for the above, prices were also very reasonable. We'll definitely be back! Read more

I was able to enjoy dinner here on a school night (they close at 9 on weekdays). I sat at the bar and was served by a very sharp... bar tender, Sarah (unless it's Sara). She was attentive, personable, knew the menu, the staff and her customers. What did Iorder you may be wondering. Well after getting my drink, the Smoky Old Fashioned, I left my food selections up to Sarah. Shedidn't disappoint!! Main course: Chicken Fried Chicken (I didn't get to take a picture before I inhaled it all). The chickenwas tender and juicy, the gravy was portioned well (just the right amount) and paired with the mashed red potatoescarrots. Dessert: Pineapple upside down cake (see the picture with the remaining Smoky Old Fashioned behind it). It was so goodI ate it all (by myself). It was served perfectly warm melting the ice cream!!! Our server was Alex, she was great. It is now one of my favorite resteraunts. Highly recommended. We even got cornbread to go.
There were 5 of us for dinner and we had 7:45 reservations, seated by 7:48. Our did a good job taking care of us. We had an... appetizer of spin dip and it was pretty good. The salsa they served with it was really good. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Ourone negative would be the noise. It was crowed and there was a table of 4 close to us that was very loud and the restaurant hadmusic playing. We could have a nice dinner conversation without yelling ourselves. Overall,everyone said they would like to goback again. Maybe at lunch or in the summer so we could sit outside. Read more
I made my first visit to Redrock Canyon Grill on Saturday, November 26 2022 at about 3PM. A group of my extended family, about... twenty of us, were there for an early dinner. A reservation had been made and there was no delay in being seated. Our waiterarrived quickly to begin taking orders. I guess Redrock is known for its rotisserie chicken and we had been seated on theirenclosed patio area so we could actually see the chicken on the giant rotisserie. The menu has a good selection. With twentyof us, a lot of the menu items were ordered. After considering the ribs, the pork chops, the salmon and the 'chicken friedchicken', I opted for the rotisserie chicken. The rotisserie chicken was half a chicken served with mashed potatoes andcarrots. Substitutions are allowed. The facility functions as a sports bar, a hangout for friends or if you get the patio, agreat date spot. The modern decor is my style. Waitstaff was helpful but seemed a little overwhelmed. Service was quick andorders were correct. The rotisserie chicken was quite tasty though a little less moist than I expected and than I would havepreferred. The mashed potatoes and carrots were perfect. I washed it all down with a glass of pink lemonade. The lemonade wasnot too sweet as is usually the case at most restaurants. Though I am usually a dessert person, I skipped dessert. Pricing wasa little on the expensive side but not terrible. Food, service and restaurant location was good. I would eat there again andplan to. There were so many other menu items that I would like to try. I would recommend Redrock Canyon Grill withouthesitation. Read more
