Straight up BEST food I've had since moving to Kansas City! The food exploded with flavor, I cannot fully describe how... phenomenal it was. The braised pork melted in your mouth, the eggplant was slightly sweet and savory. It's so difficult todescribe how amazing it taste until you have it. This was paired with excellent service! The ladies were interactive, theyrefilled your water so stealth like that you wouldn't even know they were there. We were at Sichuan Dynasty this afternoon and it was AMAZING!!! It?s the most authentic Chinese restaurant in the Kansas City... metro area. Most Chinese in KC is so different, bland, and not all that great to me compared to NYC/NJ where I?m originallyfrom, but this place is LEGIT! We had the Sichuan Spicy Wontons, Sichuan Asparagus, Dan-Dan Noodles, Chung King Spicy Chicken,and Jiao-Yan Crispy Shrimp. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. My fiance is from Jersey and has lamented the lack of what he feels is good food of many types, especially pizza and Asian... cuisine. He read reviews of Sichuan Dynasty and we decided to make the 50 minute drive down to try it. Definitely worth it andwe'll be back! Dined here on the Monday evening around 7 pm, there were quite a few patrons but not too busy. The food is delicious, spicy, hot... and quick to come out-my food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The wait staff were helpful with my questions about the menu. Therestaurant was very clean and they boxed up my food for me when I left! Read more
