You cannot place orders on the Sonic app for this location. They used to honor the 50% price for drinks if you asked since you... can always get that on the app but today I was told the manager said not to honor that anymore. Frustrating because I wouldorder on the app if I could, but I'm not willing to pay full price. Read more
I was attempting to get the $1.00 chili cheese coney, on national hotdog day, but was told that they were no longer accepting... orders for some reason I couldn't understand. When I tried to get clarification nobody was there. Also about half of theirordering stalls are out of order. I wasn't super hungry so I went on with my day. Read more
Second time there and got my order wrong again. I asked for an unsweetened strawberry iced tea. I got a sweetened strawberry... iced tea. Second time, asked for the same thing. Got a regular iced tea. I don't know if the order taker was distracted or justdidn't care, but I'm not going to that location EVER again. Read more
Friendly staff and helpful. Sometimes it'll take a couple minutes for them to answer after you press the red button but the food... is usually spot-on and at the correct temperature. I enjoy this Sonic. Read more
This is my first ever review of any restaurant ever if that tells you anything.. We ordered mozzarella sticks, tots, a coney and... a sprite. Finally after a minimum of 20 minutes waiting a clueless kid came out to tell us they were out of mozzarella sticks.You can also check the photo for how both containers of tots came out not to mention reeking and tasting of rancid old fryeroil. In order to try and wash out the taste I thought why not try the Sprite, but of course I should?ve known better because Iwas greeted with a disgustingly flat and flavorless soda water abomination. This was a solid hour and a half before close andit was nowhere near busy. The sheer fact that this location is open still truly is a miracle. Read more
Great place! The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The slushies were great like always and the wait time was very little.... The food was hot and delicious! The carhop that served us was named Charles. Very nice and polite fellow. Will visit again! Read more
100% do not recommend this location. Save yourself the headache and drive down to the one across Alden Center. Went a few weeks... ago, got turned away because they were "Too busy and understaffed." Fine. Also went today when there were only two other carsand waited for 5m with no answer, finally just left. And yes we could see employees, just didn't have faith in the service atthis point. Read the other reviews only to find similar experiences. It was a blessing to not get our food here. Meanwhile allthey can be is sorry "online" vs just fixing this ongoing issue so future customers might not also be disappointed at thislocation. Seems that basic "sorry" message has gone out to everyone for a while now.. Read more
