When I first arrived, it was peaceful with minimal noise. However, one of the female employees arrived for her shift, and... started playing obnoxious music off of her phone at full volume. It seems that they had no regard for the people sitting andtrying to work or enjoying their coffee. Edit: Unfortunately, they broke out a speaker and connect the phone to the speaker andstarted blasting music (it was not at a reasonable volume for a coffee shop). Had to leave due to noise. Update: Music was at a normal level tonight, but sweetener and cream still not being trusted to customers. Workers were very... pleasant, however. yesterday they didn?t put the label on my cake pop and I was waiting for it while they didn?t know who it belong to. Today I... ordered my frappuccino through the app at 11:59, when I get there it wasn?t ready, I waited thinking they were behind and neededmore time, but it was that she had forgot about my drink. I didn?t receive my drink until 12:22, which is irritating because Iordered through the app so I wouldn?t have to wait so long. Monica & Teresa are so sweet!!!!! We came at about 9 and it was empty. They were closing in 30 minutes and we had lots of... questions. They let us try lots of drinks off the menu and let us take home some of the snacks that were going out that night.They had so much energy and were so fun to have almost been closed, and their warm hearts will bring us back! ?? This is probably my least favorite location. They typically don't speak when you walk in. They ignore instore customers majority... of the visits I make. We did an app order, because instore is last priority. They moved the order area, and failed to call outthe order being ready, so we sat there a lot longer than we wanted to. Just not the best staff, which makes me wonder aboutmanagement and how they treat the staff at that store. Read more
