I just wanted to give a shout out to the team this morning. I have a full time job, in an Uber as my car is in the shop and the... team went out of their way to get mine to me. As a table full of teenagers get all their drinks likley on mom and dads accountbefore school. They are going to be in shock when the real world hits. Not my first disappointment at this Starbucks location. The guy taking my order in the drive-thru talked me into changing my... drink to add foam to it. Didn?t bother to mention it would be $1.25 up-charge. Then when I got it, the entire venti cup was fullof ice. I have had the same drink at many other locations and never had so much ice. Basically, paid for a venti plus anup-charge but got ?maybe? a tall?if that! So irritated!! Tried to call back to the store to let them know and no answer. Read more
Drive thru mocha cookie frappuchino at this store. Something is unusual. Whip cream is at the bottom and top. I've been a... starbucks customer and this is the first time I've seen it. It doesn't taste great by the way. Usually, when I order atdifferent store, whip cream is only at the top, but this time is different. When you sip it, all you taste is whip cream insteadof the mocha cookie. Check the image and you decide. Read more
