The burgers were great! The service was great! Annie, you were a treat to have as our server on day 1. Day 2, the Manager served... us, we were treated like Kings both times! We accidentally left a book in the seat and one of the employees ran after us butcould not catch us going out the drive way. They saved our book and we returned for it and a meal the next day. The shakes....Hmmm, well let me just say, if you need a miracle just order a shake with nuts on top! Not only are they miraculously delicious,but you never know what the good Lord might do through one of these awesome tasting shakes!!! Read more
This might be the lowest review I've ever given a restaurant. Used to love this place. Its turned into a joke. So three times in... a row with meal delivery, they've forgotten half of the combos we've ordered. Usually the fries. This last time I asked thedelivery driver to verbally verify the fries were present. She was told they definitely were. Surprise - they weren't. Anddon't try to call the store directly - they'll ignore the calls. Don't try to call corporate either - they have two menu optionsto report 'customer experiences' and both direct to a line that is no longer in service. I won't be eating here anymore. 3instances of missing items and no way to contact the company to be compensated is just ridiculous. Read more
The service was really good. The restaurant needs some attention. When a restaurant is constantly understaffed, cleanliness... becomes a factor. Place could use some deep cleaning for sure. But it is not the employees fault. These companies are too busyfilling their corporate pockets, to spend it, on keeping things up to standard. Love Steak and Shake, but this place was reallyin bad shape. Read more
While the food was enjoyable, the condition of the building was much like one that's been abandoned. In fact, you wouldn't be... mistaken for thinking it is just by looking from the outside. The parking lot is all broken up with very few visible stall linesand the landscaping is all grown over and dead. I had to walk up to the building and try to open the door to verify that theywere, in fact, open. The inside was arguably much worse. Many of the surfaces were sticky and unclean. After doing some quickcleaning of my own with a Clorox wipe, I was surprised with black residue left on the wipe. The windows were some of thedirtiest windows I've ever seen. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like given the condition of the dining room. Read more

Fresh Made to order, so the drive thru is slow at times. All their shakes are delicious!! He had a chili cheese steak dog and i... ordered the kids steak burger and fries. We don't have a steak and shake near us so when we're out that way we always,. (Atleast for a shake!!) Read more
Excellent service and food every time. We went in 30 minutes before closing for carry out and they were very kind and went above... and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this location! Read more
