What is not to like about Subway? You choose the type of bread you want and make your best sandwich by selecting the protein of... your choosing (or not) and add to it all the veggies you desire. This particular location is always clean and employees arealways cordial. The store meets Overland Park's codes for wheelchair accessibility. One big NEGATIVE on the Corporation, notthis particular store, is the increased prices that are so noticable and can make many choose to go for a cheaper option. Read more

Online order. Recieved 2 sandwiches that were utterly disgusting. Soaked in mayo. When i called they hung up on me twice. Third... time the 'manager' assured me she made it herself and they were fine. The sandwich was white and dripping. The veggies were allwilted and stale. 23$ for sandwiches to be thrown in the trash? this was one of the worse experiences i have had with a subway. the place was absolutely dirty, none the tables nor seats were... wiped off. the lady at the register would take one glove off to ring some one up, touch money, she would turn around to put anew glove onto the hand she just touched the register and money with, then continued to make and touch the food. I personallywork at a Subway myself and that is absolutely NOT okay. that?s going to make people sick. Their sanitizer bucket was out in thelobby on their tea maker. that is also against code violation. it is not a costumers job to wipe down their table when they aredone eating. it IS the employees jobs to do it. they didn?t close my sandwich when i wrapped it they attempted to close it, itfell right back open, and wrapped it in the white paper then wrapped it. it was a mess to eat as i don?t get a lot on mysandwiches. this place is absolutely disgusting. things need to be changed here. The lady working this morning 4/26/20 at 11am was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ordered through the app and no where did it... give an option for a tip. When I went in to get my order the girl was very sassy and said I finished it 5 minutes early andmuttered under her breath ?almost like I deserved a tip? loud enough so I could clearly hear. The service here is either very good or very bad. No in-between and it's usually due to whoever is staffed. Some will go above... and beyond and listen and chat while getting you through in a timely manner while others just expect you to be doing all thework while they slap on whatever fits in their hand. By far the best I've had make my food for me was Shannon and micaela. Icome in very often and they always do a spot on job. Read more
